This dealership has the worst service center. Dropped off my Jeep January 6th 2025. Our Jeep was purchased at this dealership (which I regret ever going there to purchase a vehicle).Our service representative was Roger Martinez. Roger was impossible to get ahold of. Didn’t get a diagnostic invoice until 1/14/25 Had a cylinder 5 misfire code and they wanted to charge me almost 10,000 to fix. Went in to see what my other options are and was told by salesman Johan to let my vehicle get repossessed and to purchase another vehicle from them right away while my credit was still good!!! I was appalled.I went a different route and contacted Crysler manufacturer and they helped with the repair cost because they obviously sold us a Lemon! We already had to get the clutch plate fixed because of a recall.it took two months for my vehicle to get fixed. Roger would never answer or return my calls for updates on my vehicle. I had to rent vehicle for two months and paid over 1400 for it. Dealership never offered to give a loaner while my car was in the dealership service center. After serveral attempts to call Roger we were finally able to have the GM Sergio contact us. He wasn’t any help either and basically said “we don’t pay for rental cars or offer them”. After two months I was finally able to pick up my jeep march 8th my entire passenger floorboard was flooded. I paid 5400 for repairs and car rental for the crappiest auto service ever! Not to mention getting the vehicle detailed because the service center only wanted to put fans on to dry it! I was barely contacted today 3/12 by Margrett the customer relations representative by a blocked caller ID, to basically say “oh I’m so sorry about your experience, let me inform my GM Sergio and call you back today.figured Sergio never helped to begin with. Never got a call back. Do Not Ever Go HERE!!! Go to Tim Moran’s ford for amazing customer service and care when purchasing a vehicle! Unlike this dealership that has slimy business tactics, tries to push you into buying another car and does not care at all about customers. They are all completely incompetent. In talks with a lemon law layer and BAR. Please comment if you had the same issues.I attached the paperwork when I dropped it off and it shows my vehicle was supposed to be done by 01/08/25

Both my wife and i had been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. We had visited other Jeep dealerships in the area and had been looking online. We decided to go to Hemet CDJR since its pretty close to our house. We walked on the lot pretty late in the night the last day of Labor Day sale. Rafael was our salesmen, he was very attentive showing us the jeeps both used and new. We ended up going for the new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport since they worked out a good deal for us. Our experience from the sale's perspective was really good. They were attentive, they gave us different options. You would think why am i giving this dealership only 1 star if I'm saying all these good things about it...well here is where it all went dark for us...after we signed docs they took our Jeep to wash and fill the gas tank. When they gave us the keys to our new 2017 Jeep Wrangler, they failed to do a walk through with us for the vehicle, we shook hands and drove off happy in our brand new vehicle. A couple days later we noticed a HUGE dent on the tail gate door on the inside. We hadn't noticed it before because we have 2 other cars and only drive the jeep on the weekends. I went to the dealership immediately and showed the sales manager (Pablo). They gave me the runaround from the start, he had the salesman take pics of the damage and said he would talk to upper management and see what could be done...5 days later after i don't hear from them and after multiple calls and text messages, finally Pablo calls me back and says they wont fix the dent because they simply "didn't do it". That i would have to pay for repairs myself and still has the nerve to tell me that he would get me the price as to how much it would cost. Not giving me any other alternative or solution he simply said "that didn't happen here" and continued to hang up on me. I am baffled as to how they "solve" their problems here at Hemet CDJR! The damage was clear as day and there was even paint on the dent that was peeling off. The way Pablo "sales manager" handled this situation is both unprofessional and unethical. Crazy how they would go above and beyond for a sale but when problems arise they want to hide and clean their hands. Safe to say i wont be going into this dealership again!

So on September 12th, 2022 I dropped my Ram truck off for torn axel boot. Come Friday September 16th I hadn’t gotten a call so I called myself and was told they were waiting on parts that would arrive sometime following week. Fast forward to September 22nd and finally my service write named Rigo decided to call me after serval attempts myself trying to get a hold of him. Tells me they were waiting for axel but which he stated would arrive Friday morning the 23rd, I call around noon, I am told truck is not done that within the hour Rigo would call me and have a loaner vehicle for me. Well come Monday the 26th never got a call I had a family emergency over the weekend which I had stated to him so I needed a vehicle. So I call in and ask to speak to the manager cause now I’ve been lied to on several occasions. And it’s a 90k truck that I’m paying for the dealership isn’t gonna pay for my time wasted or monthly payment of truck which is even more upsetting that they could not provide a loaner. Later that day on September 23rd I get a call from some lady in service who was polite and stated service manager told me to call you and tell you what’s going on. Come to find out they don’t even have any of the parts to my truck in stock so my service writer lied and the manager has someone else do his dirty work for him. So I called corporate to let them know my complaints. Obviously I know, know dealer would ever pay anyone’s monthly bill but that’s not my point. My point is zero customer service, zero contact, being lied told on multiple occasions and here I still am with no update on when my truck will be finished and no loaner vehicle. The manager and my service advisor should find new jobs cause their customer service is piss poor. I’ve had other vehicles in services and been taken care of this is the first time I’ve ever gone through this. If I could I’d give service zero stars unfortunately I cannot Hemet dodge sales department is great on the other hand they took great care of my upon purchasing my Ram TRX.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I saw a truck listed on auto trader and called in about it. They said it was in service for an inspection and would be ready soon. A couple weeks later I saw it pop up again online and called in about it, again. I spoke with Jerry and he said it just cleared their inspection process and was ready to be sold. I explained I would be driving up from San Diego and clarified that it was ready for purchase if we could come to terms on a deal. He said yes and even said he was going to get the keys as we spoke and would have the truck ready for me when I got there. I drive an hour and a half up from Oceanside and when I got there I asked for Jerry. He came out and said the truck was still in service and that he would go get the keys and pull it out. He went back in and 30 minutes later I was still standing out in the 103+ degree heat. No one, not once, came out and asked if I needed help or would like to come inside and sit down or even offered me a cold water. After about 30 minutes of this I knocked on the window because I had seen him and another woman employee who was wearing her mask on her chin and later identified herself as “The Manager” just hanging out inside. It appeared he may have forgot about me by his expression when he realized I was still outside waiting. They appeared to have a brief conversation and both came out and told me that the truck was unavailable and I couldn’t even drive it let alone buy it. I explained to the woman who only identified herself as the manager that I had driven a long way with my wife and our two very young children to see this truck and Jerry had guaranteed me it would be ready. She did not care or apologize or do anything to let me know she sympathized with me but instead said “all I can do is call you when it’s ready”, like I had just been told it was by Jerry. They said they were going to get the keys and would be right back if I still wanted to at least see the truck. 10 minutes later I’m still standing outside in the 103+ degree heat by myself with no sign of either of them. While waiting outside a coupe asked me if I worked there or was a customer. I explained that I was trying to be a customer but had been left outside for 30 minutes with no help or any follow up. He said they had also been waiting 30 minutes for a car they were supposedly bringing out. I left a few minutes later having never seen Jerry or “The Manager” again. DO...

01/09/2024: This dealership has already lost two deals and now it will be a third!! I called in today to see if I can get a quote on a trade in for my 2022 Durango. Sales rep said come on in to get a better number so I did. Waste of time, Again!!! Before walking in I got my vehicle appraised by carmax and carvana. Those two normally give you the lowest amount for your trade in and there’s no haggle. So it’s a good starting point to kind of understand your leverage. The skinny finance yahoo offered almost 10k bellow carmax!! 13-15k bellow kbb!!I got up and walked right out the door. I then walked back in real quick to tell them my Carmax offer. The fatter finance yahoo tried to inform me that carmax is normally higher and always beats them. That is NOT TRUE. carmax is known to always be lower than ANY dealership. I just looked at him and said no and walked out. First guy then comes out to the parking lot to ask what I planned on buying. I told him the Grand Wanganer L. My wife is pregnant with the third and felt we out grew the Durango. He remembered who I was surprisingly from our last horrible in counter. He informed me he has the best deals and I agree. But if you can’t close those best deals you’re as good as useless. The first time I just wanted a Durango R/T. Not him but another yahoo couldn’t close the deal so I bought from Huntington Beach Dodge with amazing deal on a 2020 black-out Durango R/T. Second time, it was him but could not close the deal AGAIN!! So I went to San Diego dodge and got an amazing deal on a 2022 limited edition 62 out of 250 Mopar Durango R/T closing out the age of muscle cars. Now it will be a third miss deal!! Earnhardt dodge offered more over the phone with just pics and have the Black-out Grand Waganer L fully loaded. I am still taking a loss from trading in early with not even a full year of ownership and haven’t paid off enough of the car to catch up with depreciation as expected,But you’re not going to pull a fast one like that.Hemet Dodge do seem to have good deals but they will waste your time. Prices will magically go up and they will undercut your trade in. The owner is losing money unnecessarily because of these yahoo’s. No wonder there’s so much Gosh Fords around here. I just won’t drive a ford personally (Mopar or no car lol). Now I got to drive to Phoenix, Az for a good deal because my neighborhood dodge...
