DO NOT BUY HERE! I saw a truck listed on auto trader and called in about it. They said it was in service for an inspection and would be ready soon. A couple weeks later I saw it pop up again online and called in about it, again. I spoke with Jerry and he said it just cleared their inspection process and was ready to be sold. I explained I would be driving up from San Diego and clarified that it was ready for purchase if we could come to terms on a deal. He said yes and even said he was going to get the keys as we spoke and would have the truck ready for me when I got there. I drive an hour and a half up from Oceanside and when I got there I asked for Jerry. He came out and said the truck was still in service and that he would go get the keys and pull it out. He went back in and 30 minutes later I was still standing out in the 103+ degree heat. No one, not once, came out and asked if I needed help or would like to come inside and sit down or even offered me a cold water. After about 30 minutes of this I knocked on the window because I had seen him and another woman employee who was wearing her mask on her chin and later identified herself as âThe Managerâ just hanging out inside. It appeared he may have forgot about me by his expression when he realized I was still outside waiting. They appeared to have a brief conversation and both came out and told me that the truck was unavailable and I couldnât even drive it let alone buy it. I explained to the woman who only identified herself as the manager that I had driven a long way with my wife and our two very young children to see this truck and Jerry had guaranteed me it would be ready. She did not care or apologize or do anything to let me know she sympathized with me but instead said âall I can do is call you when itâs readyâ, like I had just been told it was by Jerry. They said they were going to get the keys and would be right back if I still wanted to at least see the truck. 10 minutes later Iâm still standing outside in the 103+ degree heat by myself with no sign of either of them. While waiting outside a coupe asked me if I worked there or was a customer. I explained that I was trying to be a customer but had been left outside for 30 minutes with no help or any follow up.    Read more01/09/2024: This dealership has already lost two deals and now it will be a third!! I called in today to see if I can get a quote on a trade in for my 2022 Durango. Sales rep said come on in to get a better number so I did. Waste of time, Again!!! Before walking in I got my vehicle appraised by carmax and carvana. Those two normally give you the lowest amount for your trade in and thereâs no haggle. So itâs a good starting point to kind of understand your leverage. The skinny finance yahoo offered almost 10k bellow carmax!! 13-15k bellow kbb!!I got up and walked right out the door. I then walked back in real quick to tell them my Carmax offer. The fatter finance yahoo tried to inform me that carmax is normally higher and always beats them. That is NOT TRUE. carmax is known to always be lower than ANY dealership. I just looked at him and said no and walked out. First guy then comes out to the parking lot to ask what I planned on buying. I told him the Grand Wanganer L. My wife is pregnant with the third and felt we out grew the Durango. He remembered who I was surprisingly from our last horrible in counter. He informed me he has the best deals and I agree. But if you canât close those best deals youâre as good as useless. The first time I just wanted a Durango R/T. Not him but another yahoo couldnât close the deal so I bought from Huntington Beach Dodge with amazing deal on a 2020 black-out Durango R/T. Second time, it was him but could not close the deal AGAIN!! So I went to San Diego dodge and got an amazing deal on a 2022 limited edition 62 out of 250 Mopar Durango R/T closing out the age of muscle cars. Now it will be a third miss deal!! Earnhardt dodge offered more over the phone with just pics and have the Black-out Grand Waganer L fully loaded. I am still taking a loss from trading in early with not even a full year of ownership and havenât paid off enough of the car to catch up with depreciation as expected,But youâre not going to pull a fast one like that.Hemet Dodge do seem to have good deals but they will waste your time. Prices will magically go up and they will undercut your trade in. The owner is losing money unnecessarily because of these yahooâs. No wonder thereâs so much Gosh Fords around here.    Read moreThis dealership has the worst service center. Dropped off my Jeep January 6th 2025. Our Jeep was purchased at this dealership (which I regret ever going there to purchase a vehicle).Our service representative was Roger Martinez. Roger was impossible to get ahold of. Didnât get a diagnostic invoice until 1/14/25 Had a cylinder 5 misfire code and they wanted to charge me almost 10,000 to fix. Went in to see what my other options are and was told by salesman Johan to let my vehicle get repossessed and to purchase another vehicle from them right away while my credit was still good!!! I was appalled.I went a different route and contacted Crysler manufacturer and they helped with the repair cost because they obviously sold us a Lemon! We already had to get the clutch plate fixed because of a recall.it took two months for my vehicle to get fixed. Roger would never answer or return my calls for updates on my vehicle. I had to rent vehicle for two months and paid over 1400 for it. Dealership never offered to give a loaner while my car was in the dealership service center. After serveral attempts to call Roger we were finally able to have the GM Sergio contact us. He wasnât any help either and basically said âwe donât pay for rental cars or offer themâ. After two months I was finally able to pick up my jeep march 8th my entire passenger floorboard was flooded. I paid 5400 for repairs and car rental for the crappiest auto service ever! Not to mention getting the vehicle detailed because the service center only wanted to put fans on to dry it! I was barely contacted today 3/12 by Margrett the customer relations representative by a blocked caller ID, to basically say âoh Iâm so sorry about your experience, let me inform my GM Sergio and call you back today.figured Sergio never helped to begin with. Never got a call back. Do Not Ever Go HERE!!! Go to Tim Moranâs ford for amazing customer service and care when purchasing a vehicle! Unlike this dealership that has slimy business tactics, tries to push you into buying another car and does not care at all about customers. They are all completely incompetent.
