Long’s Catering was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had the pleasure of doing two rounds of tastings, and both were excellent. Kristin was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy via email. A few months before the wedding, we decided to add hors d’oeuvres to our menu, and that transition was seamless.

Having already worked at our venue multiple times, they came prepared and even visited the day before the wedding to discuss table arrangements and drop off some items. On the day of, they effortlessly accommodated our gluten and dairy-free guests with special plates, and dinner was served right on time at 6 PM.

We received numerous compliments from our guests about how fantastic the food was, with many asking if Long’s had a restaurant they could visit! After dinner, the team packed all the leftovers in labeled tins, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Just an update. Used Long's again for my daughter's recent bridal shower. Not only was the food excellent and a good value, they were so very flexible with timing and last minute changes. Kristen in the office was so kind and Randy helped carry in decorations from my car when he delivered the food! And the mac & cheese!!!! OH MY...adult women raved about it all day!

This was my mom and my first time trying the Wednesday curbside meals at Long's Catering today. We got the Meatloaf and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Each came with hash brown casserole, green beans, a roll w/butter and an icing-filled cookie sandwich for dessert. Everything was delicious! Large portions and well-packaged for the drive home. I did not get his name, but the man who greeted me and took my "order" was very friendly and made me less anxious about the whole process of trying something new. I recommend picking up the curbside meals and will definitely be back...
