Wish I could give it a 0 star. Our dumpster was to inconvenient to be picked up and dumped with logs next to it....so it was picked up, dumped anyway, and put in front of our building to show us whose boss. My wife was late to our baby doctor appointment waiting for them to remove it. Mostly because you can call there but its hit or miss if the if the lady answers, and a never if your message is returned. The dumpster was moved to where I park with Sign showing a parking area; instead of back where it belonged. To show us they're still angry. After enough attitude I called them to pick it up. They graciously left a big pile of broken glass for us where we walk/park. Thanks a ton. Top it off the owner who works there off and on still hasn't called me back. I left a message with the lady who sometimes answers the phone. No luck yet. Poor service poor attitude. Thankfully we have cameras on our house incase this...

Absolutely sickened by this!!! This is what Burton Enterprises left for me to pick up after he left!! The driver slammed my little brown yard waste can against the truck threw it across the yard. Grabbed the green trash tote threw it against the truck on the lift dumped it half way and threw it back into the yard!! Then proceeds to look up at my house I'm guessing to see if I was watching and left!! I have been using this company for almost 5 years now and have never had this issue before! Only once or twice not picking up the trash...

I call usually twice a month to get my dumpster picked up. It’s been set up for by monthly pick ups for a couple months. I regularly have to pick up trash out of the fields around my house due to a lack of trash services. This has been the normal since I have started service. Always a very nice lady on the phone apologizing and promising...
