We finally made the move to Inspirada a year ago. We are very, very happy with our home built by KB, but I have to say that as the community has been growing, the standards have come down quite a bit. Overall, still a very good, safe place to live with great public schools and parks, but it doesn't look like the management company is doing a uniform and consistent job throughout the whole community when it comes to common areas maintenance, landscaping quality and standards in general. We live in the newer Village 4, and I have to say the pod where we live south of Via Contessa, west of Via Firenze, close to Democracy Dr is poorly maintained, a bit trashy and not as well maintained and clean as some other pods in Inspirada. Even many of the homes' front yards are poorly kept. It is the job of the management company to enforce these standards if residents don't keep their front yard well maintained and clean. Where we live, it really does not feel being in Inspirada as we knew it, since we began visiting this masterplan back in 2016 when there was only Villages 1 & 2 built. This is a clear sign of a management company having difficulties in keeping up with the growth of the community and no longer being able to deliver consistent and uniform work throughout the whole community. For what we get where we live, it feels like we are just wasting the hoa fees we pay every quarter, not to mention the concern about possible decline in property value. Keep in mind the builders are now building Villages 5, 6 & 7 to the west. Wondering how this management company is going to handle it when the whole Inspirada masterplan will be built-out a few years from now. Wish I could give a 5 stars review for Inspirada, not right now, hopefully soon if standards improve and...

*The HOA, also entails , "Accountability" Committees.
*Notably, the HOA's capacity is fueled by recruiting, selection, hiring, and preparing its workforce services to best serve Inspirada.
A tour, in the Inspirada neighborhoods, reveals a beautifully designed desert landscape. WOW...The individuals providing this service are quite significant, working outside in the desert.
I'd imagine, the HOA, at every level, makes sure this part of their workforce are treated very well..and respected, especially by the Facilities manager.
Sheeez, maybe its possible the HOA budget can provide a monthly lunch for these folks whose work builds desire, to live in Inspirada, like...
Read morePInecrest Academy Inspirada has been a great experience and keeps us well informed. We receive routine emails, flyers in backpacks and Facebook posts. The staff and administrators are very accommodating and personable with students and parents. They knew our names within the first two months which is impressive for a school having over 600 new kids. They also allowed our twin boys to be in the same class and excused us for a week long tour of Canada (with prior notice).
We are exceptionally impressed with their first grade teacher, Ms. Czarnecki. Our boys enjoy her class with the wagon wheel reading area and elaborate seasonal decorations while we (the parents) appreciate her weekly communications. She works tirelessly to provide a fun and challenging curriculum for all children. They are able to progress at their own pace through ST Math, study island and power readers (AR reader/renaissance home connect). Occasionally they work with their classmates on special group projects like...
