I noticed Leah’s recent Fb posting offering to take porch portraits, with a large portion going to charity, and thought it sounded like a fun idea. It happened to be our 10 year wedding anniversary, so I figured it was a great excuse to make a memory. It also says a lot about the kind of person Leah is to be donating her time and talents to help the community. That’s the kind of artist I want to support. We are not a family who likes to have our photos taken, but the shoot was so pleasant and natural - even with the social distancing requirements. We had fun and didn’t feel pressured or posed at all. Our photoshoot included water blasters and color powder, which I’m sure is tough to photograph, but Leah is a pro. The photos turned out great and will be treasured forever. This is not a pleasant era for anyone, but I’m thrilled to have it documented in a fun and colorful way. Thank you, Leah, for being willing to put up with our shenanigans and for the...

This is the worst experience I ever had with a photographer.
Leah texted me a few minutes before she was supposed to arrive to take our family pictures saying "I'm going to be late because I had to eat" ?? She wound up being more than 30 minutes late stating her GPS didn't work. Not once did she apologize.

She also didn't zoom in on peoples faces shooting more of the ground in front of us. Lots of pictures had shadows and raccoon eyes. When I sent them back she charged me $15 more to re-edit (even though she wasted 12 peoples time by being 30 minutes late) and they still looked bad.
I wouldn't...
Read moreLeah has been a pleasure to work and communicate with before and after the wedding. Leah makes sure to know what you want out of the photo session and is overall really nice to interact with both in-person, on the phone or e-mail. The resulting pictures were also pretty good. On the D-Day (90 degree day, changing light), they let us go through the spots we had chosen for our photo shoots. Leah is really open to suggestions you may have and will adjust on the spot. There were some pretty tricky pictures to take with bubbles and these pictures turned out great! In the end the pictures were good, we have a great quantity of photos from the different locations and settings we wanted shots of, and we can proudly share our wedding day pictures with...
