Hey I needed a battery for my equinox, i couldn’t believe how expensive it was, and I used a jump box for 2-weeks, just to shop around. I couldn’t make myself pay $165.00.

I tried amazon,wal-mart,a farm supply store in Jeffersonville, IN. A LOT of people from there go too for battery’s. (Everyone talks about how great they are about exchanging the old for new when it goes bad-everyone told me that - like 6 people-hello**they may be good about exchanging, but sounds to me like they all are failing early- lol) I also checked all auto chain stores—- nope. Doesn't even deserve 1 star, they allow their employees to miss treat customers vehicles, an then turn around an try to say that things were already broke before coming to them. The old man that runs this place is very unprofessional, an got rude when asked if they could give back some money that was paid for the battery, after having to come home an fix what the man broke on the battery an also spending more money to repair it. They should watch their employees an make sure they are doing their job correctly because this obviously happens often. They were friendly but could've been more help with my issue. I bought 2 different batteries and neither one worked in my car. The battery I gave for a core just disappeared over a 24hr period and they gave me back a different battery for the core charge. They did refund me my money. Will buy my batteries from bigger and better companies for now on. There's just more warranty with bigger companies. I understand companies need to make money but stealing someone's core charge battery is petty. I guess you reep...
