Extremely unfriendly. On 3-20-23 I was scheduled to deliver a load 15:30. At 6:31 am I was notified that My Grandmother passed and My presence was required with My family at 6:32 I gave notice to the company I was moving the load for and at 10 am they asked me to move the load late because NO WAS WILLING TO MOVE THE LOAD they informed me that Port of Morrow Warehousing would take the load late and that everything was arranged. 1.5 hours after arrival I apparently had the audacity to ask for a time frame to be unloaded. The lady at the window in the nicest nasty way informed me that I was 3 hours late and she was going make me sit as long as she possibly could. On a different occasion I had been asked to pick up a load at 10 am and I arrived at 9:45 and was promptly told my load time was for 7 am so I made some phone calls and discovered that the dispatch company had 2 loads picking up that day one for 7 am and the other for 10 am and that the dispatch company had a new office assistant that accidentally confused the two load times so POMW decided to load the 10 am trailer at 7am knowing that the 2 loads got switched by someone on accident and then when the second truck arrived they were nasty and unfriendly to that driver treating him poorly because he was unknowingly late because of someone else's mistake but they already knew that and they could have just loaded the 7am trailer in the the 10am slot because they already loaded the 10am trailer in the 7am spot instead they had to be nasty to the driver it's really unfortunate this place can't be...

This place is very big and you can park here overnight. In the office they have vending machines that take phone tap pay/cash/cards. Restroom is clean. They also have trailer clean out area. But… Prior to coming you wanna make sure your trailer is spotless, otherwise they won’t load you, closest truck washout places are 20 and 30 miles away. They do also offer a mobile washout, but it takes forever for them to come. You wanna make sure you have cash or EFS/COM check on you, because if you don’t have an appointment, they will make you to PAY them prior loading (which is in my opinion- ridiculous). Extremely rude personal, customer service is below zero, not sure how they got their job. After you checked in, they won’t call you for next 2-3 hours and it will take another 1-2 hours to get loaded. Other than that it’s a nice place with 1 star. Once personal will become more professional I’ll fix my rating, until then it’s 1 STAR. Update: today 3.27.22 got loaded. Same girl at shipping was way friendlier, got loaded within two hours after checking in. It’s smelled terrible today at their location, but since I left quickly, it didn’t really bother. I had a load that took longer than expected BEFORE I got here. I rescheduled for next day as a work in.PLEASE DONT DO THIS! I arrived at 5am opening time, it's past 5pm now and I am still here. Late fee for missing your appointment is over 100 dollars plus lumper fee.. They only take EXACT cash or efs comchecks( physical paper check). The main entrance is right next to Hanley Energy.Turn into that parking lot.Turn right...at night you will see a flashing stop sign. DONT BOTHER WITH THE CALL BOX. GO STRAIGHT INTO GATE..YOU will see a small shack like office.. Only 2 people at a time is allowed inside the office when they open; around noon, they don't mind having more people in the office. They have a clean out trailer area BRING YOUR OWN BROOM.DONT GO AROUND THE BACK OF CLEANOUT AREA.BACK UP TO THE SMALL DUMPSTER. PLENTY OF ROOM TO DO ANY MANEUVER YOU LIKE. I truly hope this...
