Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I was trying to get proof of insurance for a vehicle I was gonna be purchasing, long story short, I ended up not getting the vehicle and had already paid $500 for full coverage. I called when they were open again and asked for a refund. They were fine with that but said I’ll have to wait 3-5 days for my money to come back. Don’t quite understand how they expect immediate payment but make their customers wait that long for a refund rather than reentering the card number and reversing the process. After 8 days I have still yet received a refund and have tried contacting my local office. No answer. But they can send in mail for coverage options from the head office in one day but can’t refund your money until over a week passes if your lucky. Highly don’t recommend this place if you ever want to get a refund for something you don’t use. I have been with this place for 5 years and they’ve just got worse and worse over the years in rates and now customer service. I will never do business with...

Me and my wife were going through them for 5 years and had one accident and claim we flipped a car and rolled they wouldn't pay for any of the damages because we didn't hit or touch a gaurd rail our car was completely totaled we let the towing company keep it because we couldn't afford a tow truck bill of 500$ and also they only paid 10,000$ out of 13,000$ of our hospital bills for being in Jackson purchase hospital for 1 day I still owe the hospital 3,000$ but yet kentucky farm was charging us a good amount especially since we were with them for 5 years for only 1 claim in that long of a period you would think they would've gave us a little for our vehicle or at least paid the full...

Great customer service. They are always willing to help you out even if it is after hours. Quick turn around on claims and even had the rental car delivered...
