Please don't waste your hard earned money with King Hickory furniture. My 100 pound wife put her elbow down on the arm of a $3,000 King Hickory sectional and put her elbow through it. The customer service is horrible, virtually no response to emails and phone calls. After reporting them to the Illinois Attorney's General's office, they decided that they are willing to fix it, at my expense, if I ship the couch back to them at my expense. Now, why would I not want to send a 200-300 pound couch back to the factory, 1200 miles away which would cost me $900 in freight back and forth? I have fought with this company for two years, and they just don't care. Their dealer went out of business, the frame is coming apart, and the fabric is pilling. Yeah, great quality for $3,000. The company should be ashamed...

Paid over $6000.00 for a sectional sofa and chair only to have the cushions break down after several months of minimal use by my husband and I - 170 lbs and 120 lbs respectively. King Hickory will be happy to sell us new foam for the seat cushions for about $1000.00. Both of the local furniture stores have quit carrying their products.
