Im in florida friday morning and was in need of a sympathy arrangement to be delivered the next day in Hickory. Like many people I looked around online and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for probably because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to send. I found a basic design I liked but the wrong kind of flowers and colors. So with an idea in mind I started my search for a florist. Before I placed my order with Lanez florist I had the displeasure of calling a few other local florist. I was surprised when I called this shop. I was able to speak with Designer Sheila. I explained to her kind of what I was looking for. She took her time with me wasn't pushy and even looked online for what I was looking at. She asked a few questions and gave me a quote. The other shops asked for all my credit card information before they would give me a quote. I was more than satisfied with the price and actually ordered a dish garden to go with it. I was able to get both for less than what the other shops quoted me. And I also recieved excellent customer service. A great deal and being treated like a human these days are hard to come by and I absolutely appreciate it! Not only was I a difficult indecisive customer I wasn't completely sure where they should be delivered. But there was Sheila again to save the day, she made sure they got to the right place when they needed to be there. She also sent me pictures as I wont be there to see them. Not only are her arrangements beautifully designed they were exactly what I wanted although I really didnt know what I was looking for. She pays close attention to detail and it shows through her work. Shelia went above and beyond during this hard time and that's something she should be recognized for! I live in WV and when tragedy struck our family, most of us headed to NC. We, however, could not make it. I knew we wanted to send Angel's, tapestry blankets and other keepsakes for our loved ones to hold onto and I stumbled across this store on Google. I was blown away by the level of compassion the owner had. She personally took probably close 25 pictures and emailed them to us so we would know what we were buying. She was patient while we ordered 5 items (on 2 different bank cards), reserved them for whom we wanted them to go to and then carefully filled out the condolence cards. She went above and beyond to make this easy for our family. She was the nicest, most patient person I have met in a retail setting in a long time. I CANNOT recommend her store enough! My Mother in Law passed away December 23,2018. No one was open due to the Christmas holiday to have the flowers done for Moms funeral. So we postponed the funeral because her having family from out of state that whated to be at the funeral. On 12/27/18. The flower shops were still all closed due to the holidays.
