2pm called 5 times before anyone answered the phone, at 2:12 when someone finally answered I was told my load was ready. Arrived at 3pm and was assigned a door but told not to open TLR doors, had to be precooled. At 4pm told to open doors and back in. At 8:30, 4 1/2 hrs later and doors still open, I went in to see what the delay was and they now say the load is not here, then they said it was here but not unloaded, 4 1/2 hrs with my doors open and 48 cases of blackberries on my TLR I asked if I could close my doors up it took 2 employees to agree. 10pm called CHR to update and let them know shipper had let me sit with doors open for so long. When the CHR rep tried to call them to check again nobody answered any of the numbers they had I had too walk in and let them use my phone! Nobody answers phone, and loads 48 cases of berries on precooled TLR when the the rest of the product is not ready and then they question if I should close the doors back. 3 am in the morning and still not loaded, 13 hrs ago the load was ready??? Last week I did the same load & it took 3 tries to get the bills right!!! This place calls itself a business that handles fruits and vegetables???...

Got signed in 0805 this morning was told to park on street as I have an international load going to Mexico and will have to wait for the Mexican truck. Here it is 1555 and I am still waiting. I do not have an appointment as it depends on the other truck. This place is more like a transfer station then a warehouse, you could be one of the lucky ones to get a door right away or you might have to wait on another truck. Came to pick up a load at this facility after so many years & it's still a terrible place to get loaded, checked in at 530pm, Dock at 930pm, Loaded at 1230am (There were drivers that checked in after me & were loaded before) I also noticed my reefer aluminum floor was damaged by the forklift driver during loading, so I spent even more time talking to a supervisor before I could leave! This is a place that will run out your log book hours!
