When I arrived, I asked if there was a less expensive spot with water/electric only that would still get wi-fi. They said the entire park gets wi-fi so that's nice. The younger gal told me what was available and had me look around to see which spot I'd rather have. When I looked the other spots didn't have electric meters. Thought that was unusual as you usually see water/electric only and then have a dump station. Went back to the office she said they were water/sewer only. Apparently, she didn't hear me say I needed electric and water. So, obviously not what I was looking for so I ended up staying at the original spot which was fhu pull through spot 14 for a night. The wi-fi worked very well. Unfortunately, they were out of propane so I couldn't use the showers that night. In the morning, I called the office and the other lady said they were on site filling the tank and since no one was going in my spot right away they extended check out. That was nice. I waited an hour and a half or so before trying the showers. The water was still ice cold. Went into the office to let them know and the younger gal said they just filled them so it would take time for them to warm up. I told her I had waited so was just making sure pilot lights were lit and such. She was a bit short with me but did check and said all was up and running just needed more time. So just before noon, I tried showers again with success. It's a nice area. However, I didn't like the vibe in the office so I wouldn't stay there again. I had even told the girl it was my birthday and she didn't even say a word. Just thought that was strange.

This is the worst campground I’ve stayed in, and I stay in campgrounds 3-5 times a year. I tent camp, so RV campers hopefully have a better experience. Complaints: Mosquitos: There were puddles of water throughout the tent camping area. There had NOT been any rain, but they flood irrigate, which leaves puddles in every low spot. Because of all of the puddles, there were billions (not an exaggeration) of mosquitoes EVERYWHERE (as of July 2018) Campsites: The tent camping sites were not organized, and you have to just park and carry your stuff to wherever you can find a dry-ish flat-ish area. There are no tent pads or fire rings, and tables are very limited. Bathrooms: The bathrooms/showers range from so-so to um-no. There was no soap in the bathrooms, not even at the sinks for people to wash their hadnds with, and when the bathrooms ran out of TP, they just put rolls of paper towels on top of the TP dispensers.... I could only find that one bathroom, and one other that seemed to be both under construction and in use. The good: There are lots of trees, and it’s in a good location. Lots of potential if they tried.

Poor Management Summer 2018:

Be careful as staff were disorganized, rude & frankly unprofessional. I must feature, Don, the “maintence” person, an extremely rude individual with poor “people skills”. He was completely put out to walk 25 ft and flip a circuit breaker to turn our power on after having no power the night before.

The am female staffer did not pay attention to our 30 ft PARKED Sprinter and literally parked another RV in our exact same spot a few feet from us!

She allowed them to leave ( in another vehicle) and reported she had no phone or contact number. No apologies... just flippant- “don’t care” attitude. We left @ 9 am, skipping coffee (since we finally had power turned on), breakfast and a shower. Just too angry!

That afternoon, we got a call from another staffer, asking why we were still parked since we were a single night stay! It was the other RV!

Staffers never communicated her embarrassing blunder of parking an RV in the same spot- which we paid for.

This could have been resolved with better customer care as mistakes happen-but I was given no choice but to review this facility poorly. We won’t be back - even for a concert.

CAUTION: They do prohibit a list of specific dog breeds; so Check first. It which wasn’t a problem for us, but frankly, stereotyping an entire breed and blaming it on “ liability insurance” shows narrow mindedness with this management and for that reason alone- I won’t ever be back. So any breed that “looks” like a German Shepherd can be kicked out unless you have puppy papers saying different. Really.

Resort Owners also own Flannigan’s in town. Planning to boycott that establishment too as a result of this weekend. Too bad, we liked that place but you have to let your dollar and opinions be shared or things never change.

Facilities look very nice and location is a retreat. Community room was spacious and clean as were showers.

Setting is nice and my husband and I retreated to the Provo river ( across the street!) to fish and wash away the taste of that extremely poor customer service. I have a photo of the “park job” and dog stereotyping if interested.

Overall “D” instead of an “F” since the location is pretty. Rating Given appalling lack of customer service. Just fix your errors...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Me and my boyfriend were on a trip across the state and decided to drop into Utah for some snowboarding in park city. We decided to stay at this RV park cause it was only 20 minutes away from park city and reasonably priced.

We called for availability that day and got the last lot available. Little did we know that the last lot available was a small strip of gravel road, smooshed between two other RVs. (Key note: initially we were told by the clerk that we could not park our second car at the lot and would have to park it in the overflow parking)

We have a 28ft fifth wheel with a slide and the neighbor to the right of us had two parked cars outside his house with one positioned half way on our lot. When I asked him politely to move his truck he said “no it will be fine” we were concerned about not being able to pull the slide out or even open up our front door.

I was taken back by his response and attempted to adjust our RV without the neighbor moving his truck, but in the end it couldn’t be done. I went up a second time and asked him politely again to move his truck and he still refused even though the truck was on our lot!

We ended up walking to the office to discuss this matter with the clerk. Apparently the neighbor had already called the office and stated there case.

The clerk told us that we had to move our RV over as far as possible. With the slide on one side and the door on the other it was pretty much impossible to move over anymore. When I asked why? And question her on her rule of only having one car on the lot she said to me “do you wanna run this RV park?”

I couldn’t believe how rude the brunette clerk had been to new travelers who were clearly not in the wrong and in addition to, this is our lot, our space! We paid for this spot! We shouldn’t have to move over so this guy can park on our lot.

Completely unimpressed with the customer services here. Will not be returning due to that and the fact that the lots are muddy, dirty water pothole pits!!!

If you want poor customer service, small, smooshed lots and tracking in mud all day into your RV this...
