It's a scenic overlook. Really not much more to say.

This spot looks west down the Provo River towards Kamas, Jordanelle, Heber, and Park City. About a mile down the road is one that faces North and East down the Bear...

this is where I take my friends for picnics and it is beautiful! it's a little windy up there usually so it's kindof chilly but it's the perfect spot. it's also the perfect spot to watch the sunset 10/10...
