Do Not Purchase anything from this company!!!! High Point Furniture Sales and their chosen delivery company (Star Delivery) offer little to no customer service! Once they get your initial deposit and you pay for the furniture you are at their mercy. Do Not purchase anything from this company online unless you are willing to wait an unspecified amount of time for your furniture. Delivery dates are not prearranged, instead they call you and tell you the day they will be in your area and if you are out of town on that particular day you are out of luck. Bottom line, once they get your deposit you are at their mercy and they simply don’t care?
The delivery dates are based on a “ truck driver lottery” system where you better hope you are in home on the one day they are in your town.
I have been waiting for months on my furniture and finally received a call from the delivery company and they only gave me one date when they would be in my city. The problem is that I am out of town on a previously planned business trip. The company did not offer an alternate delivery date and stated they will call in the next 2-3 weeks and let me know when they will be in my area again. I can only hope that day does not conflict with any other previous plans or family issues. Otherwise this has the potential to go on indefinitely. The customer has no ability to set up a delivery date. Of course, their refund/cancellation policy is so that the customer is the ultimate loser. I would request a cancellation but would lose my deposit and end up paying these clowns $500 for nothing. Again, don’t buy anything from these guys as they are not customer focused. I spoke with Larry and he gave me the run around and in essence stated it’s my responsibility to be available on the one day they offer delivery.
They stated they have been in business for 35 years and have followed the same process. If that is the case, they have been doing it wrong for 35 years! In the meantime, I am waiting on the “truck driver delivery lottery” to see when and if my furniture will be delivered. Where is the customer focus and semi-willingness to offer an alternate delivery date? I don’t want to wait until the next time the driver is in my area (currently time is unknown) and hope we are available. Thanks, High Point for your understanding and support (Sarcasm intended) but words cannot express my disdain for how this operation...

Solid and will outlast me! Salesperson (Brian) wanted to help me get what I wanted - absolutely not pushy. Tonya scheduled the deliveries when they fit with my difficult schedule. The delivery team were top-notch! They set my furniture up, cleaned up all the wrappings, and left for the next delivery. I am highly satisfied with my experience and will return here when I need another high-quality piece...
