Our family purchased 4 appliances from this company on March 22nd which were delivered Apr 5.
1 unit was different from what we purchased. The sales associate stated āit was a judgment call on my part. I thought youād like this other one betterā
Only 1 unit that was delivered was in working condition. During delivery our floors were scratched. I will say the delivery associates were really pleasant to work with. We even fed them dinner at one point.
It took a month for the washer to be replaced with a working unit (the washer did not drain properly)
It took two months for the top and bottom refrigerator to be replaced in our garage (this unit leaked fluid inside the refrigerator all over our food, and outside of the refrigerator soaking the floor)
The stainless steel refrigerator which we purchased for $950 still doesnāt work. After two months of very delayed communication and hundreds in damages for lost food, we were offered a loaner fridge while they repair Ours or find a suitable replacement.
We requested an upgrade bc of our difficulties and offered to pay an additional $200 for the upgrade. That request was denied.
We then requested a refund of the $950 we originally paid for the unit and we were denied. The owner offered $650 as a partial refund. The owner also offered a replacement unit that was a downgrade from the unit we purchased (we didnāt want a downgrade).
We have four children and will now need to procure another refrigerator, and their best offer is a partial refund.
We donāt want other families to have these issues.
Some of their appliances may work, but if you happen to get one that isnāt working then itās very difficult to get the issues addressed.
At one point we had to physically go back to the store to say āplease help us. Our food is rotting and we need to be able to do our laundryā.
The owner maintains that all sales are final and indicates that we should be responsible for the costs he has incurred trying to honor the 90day warranty provided with the units. Which is why heās offering a partial refund, so that I as the buyer can mitigate the expenses heās incurred trying to provide us with working appliances. I expressed the units should have been properly tested prior to delivery and that expenses of defective products sold by him should not be the customers expense. His response was that there would be no further negotiation.
I want to highly caution anyone from purchasing from this business. Itās not at all...

At 5pm I contacted the store and was told the delivery guys were hung up in another town. They should be at my home in 45 minutes. After multiple calls and excuses they showed up at 730. One week later my washer is not draining water properly. I called over and over waiting for someone to answer or get my message and call me back. Days later my call was returned with the response to take a picture of the standing water and text it back. Well the next week it did it again, I videoed and took pictures, texted them to whom I presume is the owner, and it is now 3 days later and not one returned phone call or has anyone bothered to pick up the phone. My washer is under a 90 day warranty. I don't know where all these great reviews came from but that has not been my experience. I based my sale with them because of their reviews....

I left a 1 star review on their page just to receive a call THAT day stating if I take that comment down that they would be glad to help me. Mind you I had to take the washer up there MYSELF, charged me 35 dollars. Waited & waited then they finally called & said it was ready. I had to go PICK IT UP as well (mind you they out dents & dings, scratches all over it) & pay ANOTHER 35 dollars just for it to go out 2 days later. This place is DIRTY.
