If i could give a negative 5 stars I would... #1 our grandfather spent what little money he had and purchased six graves for him and his wife and children, three plots with two in each plot. Our Grandmother passed first. #2. But when he passed we were told we couldnt bury him ontop of her like the contract stated because she wasn't buried deep enough. (cant see how that was our fault but who checks the depth of the hole your buring your mother in) 3# his eldest child passed recently and she wasn't allowed to be buried ontop of him in that grave because they dont do that anymore. Mind you 6 graves were purchased. #4 Our family didnt have money for a stone at the time of burial but now are trying to get one. To which they are now being told she cant have a new stone unless they dig up the other ones and replace it. Or she can have a grave marker, ok so fine. When her daughter goes up there to order it she was told no she cant have that. Sorry was all she got as an explanation. I wish I had the money to move this family out of that disgraceful place... Oh the six graves my grandfather purchased is now just FOUR, and because the ownership has changed hands so much they wouldn't be able to honor or reimburse us for the others. Only one word I have for this...

On another occasion, while escorting my mother to the car following her husband's funeral, I was approached by an employee and asked to pay for the grave opening fee on the spot. Really? Can I seat my distraught mother before I make payment at the freaking graveside?
I go to honor my grandparents and my mother, but my greatest challenge on location is controlling my anger with the way this company maintains the property and the lack of respect for those who have passed, and those who love them enough to visit.

Read moreWe have two full plots that we have had for years, they want $10k to just add a second set of ashes to the plot. Absolutely ridiculous to try and sell someone another plot when ashes take up very little room on the original plot made for a full burial casket and vault. They do this with a straight face while you are dealing with your personal misery. I bet they absolutely hate the fact that we even have the option to cremate. It puts us ( the consumer) in the drivers seat. No more forcing someone to utilize your ridiculously...
