Officials bowl and spirits — Local services in Hilbert

I had booked a Birthday party, package 2 for $123. After the 2 hour party was over and time to pay my bill, the cost was now 127.82. Was told the price can change at any time. I was also charged $25.57 for Gratuity, when I asked about this I was told "it is for cleaning up" I responded that we had cleaned it up for them, he said "still need to charge it. I told him Gratuity is ment as a tip, not for cleaning. Still had to pay it. Their website lists that with package 2 bowling parry, the Birthday child gets a bowling pin. It's very clean considering it's a high traffic establishment in the area, the food is decent for a "middle of nowhere" kind of place, and the bathrooms are quite clean. Their prices are high though. I was in Milwaukee last weekend and the prices for a few things are literally twice as expensive here (Redbull, can of soda, Monster). I'm not a big alcohol drinker so I can't compare pricing for liquor, beer, etc. I do really enjoy their southwest burger, their fries were fresh and crisp, and their pizza...
