Drivers Stay Away Incompintent: My experience was very poor here just recently and I have been so upset I have been having anxnziaty attacks and my blood pressure has been very high since being here I came here for a check engine light and they claim that I needed a host of parts .so I came back the next day to tell them to just put a egr on, and so as the day went by and they came and told me they broke a boalt on my egr cooler and that I have to pay for new one now at this I was relly upset because I feel they are trying not to be accountable for there actions they tried to make up a excuse that the boalt was rusted and my truck was old but I went back and video tape and they were not rusted at all I belive the they used a air gun end instead use a rachet and over torch it so they force me to buy a egr cooler witcth I could not afford one pluse I had to pay labor to Hrs and plus parts and to top it off I'd payed them And gat my truck back the next day and the ignition on my truck would not turn on and could not turn off engine so now they call they self trying to fix it to have me come back Ibut no not any more cause now when I turn my truck off now my Traler lights come on and when I start my truck they turn off and my clearance lights stay on and won't cut off well am scared because my electrical system. I prey to GOD that my truck do not catch on fire why am driving.am contacting the bbberau of north Caralina and passing the word on to all my friends on Facebook this truck is my livleyhood for me and my family and I feel so violated and I can't beleave that we have people that we Sapose to trust with big trucks that travel interstate commerce this a violation and sabotage to my equipment that I paid For I wish I have not stop here but I was only trying to protect...

20k in 6 weeks on my 530k used truck. Runs great! No real problems. Some small quirks in the truck, but it's 530k. Great drop and hook spec on this truck. Fuel mileage at 7mpg pulling 80k one way and 40k back. Greg is an awesome sales rep! Set the truck up exactly how I wanted it, responded to every email and navigated all hiccups in the buying process as any true professional would. Not the most honest people in the world. Traveled 2 1/2 hours to buy truck that I was told was in great shape and great running order. And the truck didn't even make it home. It only made it almost half way home I was told it had been checked out by there shop. Also was told If I had any problems on the way home to give them a call.
