Do not buy!!!

They have a reply on on another review that is entirely false. We kept communication with the company and offered to work out a deal to make the equipment work but they refused. They instead wanted money without providing what was actually promised.

They sold us incompatible equipment for the lanes. They told us that we could control the lanes with a tablet but that was not true. Even the software company (Computer Scoring) said that was not how it worked and they had to try and rewrite the code just to make it work, but it never did.

They sold us the wrong products with the wrong equipment. We continued to try and make the lanes work but then the owner had one of their employees hack our system to try and stop it from running all together. From there we cut ALL communication with them, as they are a corrupt and evil company who likes to take advantage of small businesses. We are in the process of sueing them and making sure they never do this to another person again.

At this point my wife and I have to close our restaurant and fight the lawsuit against them. They are suing us for the "completion of installation" payment, even though we aren't even the ones who originally purchased it. We paid for everything except the 16,000 that is owed once the installation is complete. It was never complete, installed, and the equipment never worked so it was never paid. They did not honor their end of the agreement, and they're suing us for their failed equipment.

They also installed the wrong motors on the equipment. They sold us German machines but put American motors on it which cause major electrical issues causing them not to run at all. We wanted to work out a deal when we bought the resteraunt from the previous owner, but they refused because they hated the original buyer so much that they decided to attacked a small family business. They would rather sue people that fix their broken equipment.

Our children continue will suffer because of them, and we have to ask for money from friends and family just to try and keep food on the table as they want to take everything we have left.

They are an evil vile company and I would NEVER do business with them, EVER. They don't go after the people who bought the equipment, they go after anyone who is affiliated and think that they think have money.l to pay. Jokes on them though cause we have nothing and they will waste all their time and money to destroy a family and still end up with nothing when all they had to do was actually install the lanes they sold us.

Lucky for me we have nothing to lose and we will make sure they never do this to another family ever again. If I spend the rest of my life making sure they suffer the same way they made us suffer I'll be happy. They ruined my life, they destroyed my business, and they don't have...

Because this has been the worst experience, I feel obligated to warn those who are considering Infinity Bol. We operate a short term rental property and the dysfunction of this unit has damaged our reputation with guests. Our unit in Tennessee has not worked since day one. Despite the fact that we've tried to attend training and maintenance classes (only to have them cancelled before we could attend), ownership will not take responsibility for their faulty workmanship and blames us for the problems. Over the past year, 11 of 12 months have had problems. The only reason the last month has worked is because we hired a separate company to fix the issues. We've had issues with the electrical system, the display, the pin setter, belts, and programming. Infinity Bol has sent us belts and then told us we are using the wrong ones. Ownership has said the unit was wired wrong (even though they wired it), and their technician said it was wired correctly. They have cancelled appointments or not shown up to fix issues on at least 5 occasions. One of their managers actually called us to ask where their service technician was because they hadn't heard from him in multiple days. Because working through them has been so difficult, we reached out to the manufacturer directly to obtain parts. They interfered and held us hostage by saying the parts had to go through them. They accused us for not paying our bill even though they were 10 months late in sending it to us and we had no knowledge of it being due. We paid quickly thereafter. Not only has the functionality been terrible but their customer service is worse. There are much better options available to you that manufacture and service their own systems.
