The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. The price is lack of transparency. A staff used her phone to swipe my card and even didn’t show me the number in the phone. I didn’t know how much they swiped, so I asked for a receipt. But the lady said:” we don’t have receipt, no one ask for receipt.” I was shocked about what she said so I said “I am the one who asked for receipt.” She said :” you are a picky customer.” 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Finally she was able to write down how much blueberry and cherry I bought. I picked two bags of blueberries, she weighed that : one bag is 3 lbs, the other one is 4 lbs.

Guess what? After I got home and weighed both, one is 2 lb 11oz , the other one is 3lb 4oz. I wondered why they refused to provide a receipt! This is the answer ! Don’t underestimate the ~1lb they overcharged, that’s literally 18% extra charge! 👎

Besides, from the their ad, U-pick blueberries are 99 cents/lb today, but I didn’t see they use any calculator. They basically rounded everything up!

+Regarding the farm owner’s reply: The farm owner didn’t refute even a word in my above comment. It means what I said was true. She assumed everyone ate blueberries in the farm but I don’t eat blueberries without washing them. She assumed I am the parent for “the kid who ate berries in her store” so she targeted me with bad attitude.

Malicious speculation and lack of transparency of the price.

Instead of saying me a picky customer, I would say I just care about numbers. When you told me the total amount ( a very perfect number).I started to doubt and wanted to know...

Extremely disappointed with our visit. The staff were outright rude to the children, showing no patience or understanding. It was an extremely hot day, so the kids had to stay inside the store for safety. Yet, because my two-year-old ate a few blackberries, we were treated with shocking disrespect. The attitude and service were completely unacceptable.

This place is clearly not family-friendly, and I would not recommend it to anyone with young children. I paid $6 for a small box of blackberries, plus additional purchases including honey, water, and two buckets of blueberries from the store. I did not deserve to be...

My family has been going to the Zurita farm to pick blueberries for several years. They have Duke, Berkeley and Legacy. We love Legacy blueberries!! It is mid sized, sweet and flavorful. The price here is always very good. The blueberry bushes are about or above adult human heights and there are so many long rolls of bushes. The blueberries here are easy to pick without hurting my back. It took less than one hour for one person to get 10 pounds!! The Zurita farm also started to grow some strawberries and raspberries in recent years. Definitely worth checking it out if you want to pick fresh berries in...

The best blueberry I’ve ever seen! The big ones (Legacy) are the size of a grape. So juicy and sweet too. The green beans they sell at the farm store is worth a try as well. Although they are slightly more expensive than the supermarket ones but they are far better in quality and taste. I would be so proud if I were the owner of such a beautiful and fruitful farm. I’d love to work here for free just to be part of something wonderful.

Delicious Hood strawberries and very fresh blueberries. My husband and I went to pick the Hood Strawberries for the first time at this farm. They are the most delicious strawberries we have ever had! Sooooo good. Unique flavor. The blueberries are delicious as well. The lady there is very friendly and gave us a recommendation on how to look for ripe strawberries. Highly recommend. 10 10 10

I'll definitely remember that touching experience: "My first visit here was so memorable that I'm sure to return. The staff, or perhaps the owner, was incredibly kind and understanding when I visited the farm at 6 pm, even though their usual closing time was 5 pm. They graciously allowed me to continue picking strawberries. It was such a heartwarming gesture."🍓
