This is one of the worst places to get furniture! I purchased a couch a year ago, after a few weeks of having it i noticed the seams were pulling apart and the reclining part was messing up. I called the store, because I had a warranty on the couch. The lady, who answered the phone said she would have to call me back to come investigate the couch. To make sure that it was the companys fault and not mine. This went on for 7 months with phone calls. Nothing was done! Then the owner, spoke to us, make arrangements to come look at it. Made it clear, it was the factorys fault and his delivery guys who messed it up. So they took my couch and said it would be returned in 2-3 weeks max!! Left my family with nothing to sit on and the 2 weeks turned into 6 weeks. Finaly received a call to tell me that my couch was beyond repair and they would give me a new one. The new one was broke also!! Poor, service!! VERY RUDE SERVICE FROM THE OWNER HIMSELF!! NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM...

My mother is 81 years old, she purchased 2 recliner chairs, after 2 months they had the biggest sink hole. It took several weeks to get a returned phone call and then 2 more weeks to get someone out to look at them. It has now been 2 weeks since they came out and told her the chairs had no support on the bottom that the wires were not installed to hold up the seat of the chairs. I have left multiple messages for the owner to return my call and still have no response. Very poor customer service, I would not purchase at this...

Sale process went fine, delivery was fine, follow up and warranty issues are terrible. We paid good money for a couch, love seat and recliner Dec 2021. All reclining seats on couch, love seat and recliner are broke and does not work properly. It has not been abused or neglected. Not impressed with the quality of furniture.
