JULY 2024...Pitmaster Mike served the most delicious bbq I've had in a long, long while; nonetheless at my company luncheon, where he and his staff catered our event. Mike and his staff, displayed a holy trio of meats piled high within the serving pans and accompanied by fresh salads and Mac n cheese. The ribs were meaty, tender and flavorful, pulled pork was moist and out of this world delicious, chicken so good you wanted to flap your wings. The mac n cheese was heaven and that top layer of melted, cheese-pull had me spinning my spoon to keep it all together. Every morsel was delicious. I had the pleasure to chat with Mike while going back for seconds and I realized he had a deep passion for prepping, cooking and serving the best bbq made from finest meats. I recently had the pleasure of working with All The Smoke BBQ for a last-minute catering event for 100 people, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Michael was incredibly professional and polite throughout the entire process. Despite the short notice and extremely full schedule, he made it happen without hesitation.

We did encounter a few issues with the order, but Michael’s customer service was top-notch. He handled everything with calm and care, which really put me at ease. His immediate ownership, communication, and willingness to make things right made all the difference. It’s clear that he values his clients and is committed to doing good business.

As for the food — absolutely amazing.The meat was cooked to perfection, and I haven’t had a potato salad that solid in a long time! All the Smoke Craft BBQ (ATS) is a small business specializing in pop-ups and catering. I have enjoyed this BBQ on several occasions. In fact, I live in Stockton and have driven all the way to Oakland where a pop-up was happening. It is so worth it!

To be honest, I was never all that crazy about BBQ but ATS has made me a believer. 😂 I am talking about "fall off the bone" spareribs, and brisket that is moist and seasoned to perfection. The pulled pork is tender and the chicken...? Nom! Nom! Did I mention the sides? Macaroni and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, pasta salad -- all amazing!

You get nice-sized portions of the meat and sides. The service is top notch and your order is prepared by Mike, the chef, himself. He slices the brisket on-site so it doesn't dry out. You can tell that he cares about, and takes pride in, his product.
