Drove almost 2 hours here bc my family is from there and knew we would find what we were looking for. Was told by one older lady that they didn’t carry size 11 in women’s boots and sent her over to the mens section and she was upset so I went back over there and we found out this new lady helping us name was Sadie and I asked her if they were sure they didn’t have 11s bc I seen a few on sale on the floor and she said yes so I asked her if she minded to bring whatever she had out in 11s and she asked well which boot do you really like first and my daughter showed it to her and went to the back and grabbed her a size 11 in them!!! I don’t know if the lady just didn’t want to deal with us, didn’t know if they really had 11s or if maybe she thought we were there to waste time or what exactly. Thankfully Sadie was extremely sweet and so very helpful so much so that I would consider her my family with how she treated us. I don’t usually write reviews especially about specific people but my daughter kept saying she wanted the sweet lady to help us and find out her name is Sadie and I was like how fitting!!! Anyways, I’m so grateful to her because we would have left very disappointed because we were feeling very unwelcome at first but glad I went back over to the women’s section and she was there. Not saying anything bad about the other lady, just wish she would’ve been a bit more empathetic towards us. Maybe she really didn’t think they had 11s but it still made us very uncomfortable and we ended up spending over $1k in that store so next time maybe not judge or make ppl feel that way. I sure hope Sadie gets a commission or at least a raise because I know we would’ve walked out without spending a dime in that store if it wasn’t for her. Best place to Christmas or birthday Shop for Clothes. Great selection of western clothes and boots for the whole family. In first section from left you have women's blingy western, regular country style clothing, pocket books, coats, jewlry all kinds of stuff allnstyles of western shoes from Hey Dudes to slip on, to steel toe boots. Next section is men's flashy rodeo wear, men's regular, regular trucker style hats, and cowboy hats nice wallets andnbelts and buckles, in the rear are the mens boots withnall styles. Then behind it there is the coolest ARROWHEAD and ARTIFACTS meuseum(Worth extra time to take a look or a trip just to see it, you could spend 2 hours looking at the stuff.)Great place for whole family, next section is kids boots from lil baby to 11/12 year old...there is also wrangler cinch hooey clothes boy and girls a couple toys belts, wallets cowboy hats and regular hats. My sons favorte the HOLSTEIN COW COUCH, He has ri set everytime...lol there is also Carhartt and hunting clothes and big and tall in the Right building that has 3 sections: women, kids, hunting/mens, Mens/Big And Tall, it has clothes for all the family..less western flashy but more normal everyday clothes and workwear like Carhartt bibs, coats and vests for whole family nursing scrubs by Cherokee and coats, gloves. Brands like John Deere, Under Armour, CAT, Browning, Levi's, BERNIE, insulated and non insualted. Cutest baby clothes boy and girl newbor-6t, the best place to buy country baby clothes and decent prices. Best place to Christmas Shop or Birthday shop, School Shopping or just everyday shopping. Great place to shop for western wear, work clothes, boots, and more. Has more than enough to choose from; anything from Carhartt, Twisted X, Ariat, Hooey, Southern Addition, and etc. Clothes for men, women, and children. Great boot selection and awesome museum to check out while shopping around. Staff is great and always nice. I mainly go for the Carhartt items, but my fiancé and I always leave with more than just that. Beats Boot Barn and Bass Pro Shop hands down when it comes to selection of clothes and boots. Prices are good and I honestly think they are more affordable than any other place around Virginia and North Carolina. We will definitely always be back and recommend this place to everyone.
