I just wanted to say congratulations on making such a superb piece of equipment. As soon as I opened the box I could tell I wasn't going to be disappointed with the product.

Well made, accurately assembled, well packaged, great instructions. Even the card to show who packed the box (MH#179) I live completely off grid in the boreal forest of northern Saskatchewan, Canada and I have struggled to obtain proper equipment to ensure my food safety and cost efficiency, (something canada doesn't seem to get is that chinese stuff isn't well made).

Up here in Canada and especially up north in Saskatchewan the 921 costs a lot more than in the U.S, but I know that after processing only my first batch of canned deer today , 20 litres, it was worth saving up to get. No seals to replace and just common sense cleaning.

The cooker is accurate, I used the 15 lb weight as I live at 1700ft elevation and the instructions stated that meant 118c, I used a laser thermometer and the cooker was at 118.1c through the cycle, meaning to me that due to the wall thickness (thermal mass), the temperature was maintained and safe, this has not been the case with the thin stainless steel ones that I have put up with for way too long, which as of today has now become a chicken feeder.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being on-line, having the right possibly obscure manufacturer's part and your quick delivery of my order.

I have an older Presto Pressure cooker - obviously a favorite - and the pressure ring had hardened and needed replacement over time. I've ordered pressure rings from two different on-line "stores" including what appeared to be an actual Presto site. But, I never could tell if the rings were really Presto products. They ended up being replacements, never worked in terms of safely holding pressure and I thought I was going to have to throw out my cooker.

Red Hill General Store clearly had the actual Presto part and you provided an option of purchasing the original part - which I elected to buy - or a replacement manufactured part. Your price was fair and I don't mind paying shipping if I know what I'm purchasing is solving the problem and is going to last.

I ordered an All-American pressure sterilizer. Many places are sold out so I was happy to see that Red Hill had some in stock, some of the other few places with them had mediocre reviews.

They held my order initially to ensure it was not credit card fraud, I was worried this would delay the order but it did not. They verified things within 1-2 hours and my order shipped that same day with no delay.

They told me it was possible there would be a 10-14 lag-time on shipping along with the UPS time and asked me if that was that OK and I agreed, however they were able to ship my item the next day! I ordered on a Wednesday and Received my item the next Tuesday night!

The item was well packed, I have not used it yet but everything looks perfect. Red Hill has quick communication, good service, and quick shipping (as long as product isn't backstocked and they will tell you if it is unlike other stores that take your $ hostage at make you wait)!
