Speaking with Jessica to schedule my appointment made my experience AWFULL and not want to use this company! She was extremely rude and impatient, she didn’t understand I needed to look at my availability for the week. Myself and my daughter are disabled diabetics and I was explaining I needed an exact time for service because I have appointments to attend on days I don’t have dialysis. She had a bad attitude when I was asking for an exact time and day because a “time frame” doesn’t work for us.. if there is someone else to make the appointments I would suggest having them do so. I’s frustrating when you’re sitting there explaining that you need your fridge running because you have insulin to keep cool for yourself and a minor child, it’s been over 2weeks since the fridge has worked and she doesn’t have any empathy. The only nice thing I have to say is the guy who actually came out to work on our fridge the first time was sweet and hopefully he will be the guy returning to fix the fridge. (Our property manager picked this vendor not us, so we have no say in the matter

As your employee Jessica became rude and impatient with me because I was explaining the situation telling her I have a busy schedule and I had already explained to her days I wasn’t available and she kept asking me if I wanted those days I had already said I wasn’t available those days.. She had unprofessional responses. She cut me off annd hung up on me as I was saying “thank you Jesssica”. I reported your conversation to my property manager as soon as we got off the phone. Asking for a different vendor as your representative is very unprofessional and I kept telling her she was extremely rude and I told her the guy who came out wasn’t but she is! . You can’t expect people to enjoy talking to someone who’s rude and unprofessional and lack empathy when you’re a “professional” business scheduling appointments. I reported Jessica being rude to the property Manager and asked for a different vendor. I wrote this review which I also had a witness for the entire conversation. I assume that was you in the background when she got mad I asked her if she could hold on after rushing me to pick a day,so I can look at my schedule as I told her Tuesday’s and Thursday I am usually booked for appts. Also, regarding a canceled appointment, I never scheduled one with your company because I would have made it aware the time your employee showed up from 12:30-1:30 I had an appt with my daughter and wouldn’t have been home until around 2pm. You guys are the same people that came out months ago and never fixed the issue. I have video and pictures of the fridge reading 47 degrees. It should be way lower than that. I don't really care about your reputation to be quite frank. I am having to move stuff from the fridge to freezer and then back to the fridge before it freezes. If you guys can't figure it out that's fine, but to say there isn't any issue with the fridge being at 47 degrees is outrageous. And you hung up on me before I could say anything else about your technician in the tight shorts that came in the van. I will continue to document the thermostat in my fridge because the overall temperature in the FRIDGE is not what it should be. Yes I'm renting like millions of other people are. I was told my washer was not able to be repaired but, Reliable Appliance Repair came out and fixed the issue. My washer runs like it is new again. Thank you guys so much!!
