S'mores Luxury Cabins — Local services in Hochatown

Our stay was amazing. This house was unbelievably beautiful and the view was one of a kind. We had a large family (21 adults, 5 kids) that stayed at this property and everyone could not stop talking about how clean the home was and beautiful. The owners thought about EVERY detail, from toiletries, beach towels, blankets, down to things like an outside griddle, outdoor games, playground, every streaming app you can think of on the TV and the overall high quality of every piece of material in the house (counter tops, custom furniture, bedding, etc.) The home was simply immaculate and left us speechless. It was decorated so beautiful but yet cozy at the same time. The house was also very well insulated as it never felt hot on any level despite the size of the house! The owners were great as well. They were very speedy in responding when needed as a citywide power outage occurred (for about 45 min) in our area. She quickly called the electric company and notified me when power was resumed. We enjoyed all of the amenities that the house offered including the video games, the playground, the fire pit, pool table and just being able to sit out on all 3 balconies taking in the beautiful view. We stayed at S'mores Sunrise for a combined Bachelor and Bachelorette party and had a fantastic time! We loved the large space to spread out and the multiple decks really came in handy since it did rain some. We even walked down to the river using the hiking trail located on the property! (Be warned, it is a true HIKE!)

The only criticisms we had was that it wasn't as secluded as we thought, and even though it is located on 18 acres you still have close-ish neighbors. And it is a little thing but the bar soap they provided could have been upgraded from just bar soap to actual liquid soap or at least soap dishes for the bar soap. I have seen other VRBOs do full soap dispensers with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and that would have been really nice to have.

But very minor things considering EVERY other detail was meticulously handled, down to providing basic supplies like razors, bandaids, bug spray, etc. We LOVED having the website with all the instructions about the cabin and its amenities, it definitely came in handy! All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend and...

Our family has gone to Beavers’ Bend the past 5 years and this is as our favorite cabin, by far. They are super hosts and very responsive. The cabin is gorgeous with the most beautiful mountain top view of Broken Bow Lake. It’s a secluded location with windy beautiful drive to the cabin from 259. It has plenty of the indoor/ outdoor play for kids of all ages and the nice workout room includes even has a sauna. Note: the decent from the house to the playground is short, but quite steep. Owners have built in a few wooden steps into the rocks that are helpful, but you might to need assist toddlers or anyone who is not steady on their feet. The beds are comfy and it has two laundry rooms, which is nice for a family. Both the lower and upper desks have comfortable sitting areas with gas fireplaces and TVs, but we especially loved the nice touch of the two swing porch beds on the balcony deck.
