I was recently visiting the area as my husband was helping my family with a garage build. I visited your establishment and was caught off guard by the extremely rude young lady behind the counter which as I tried to go to your website and message a corporate office, I saw a pic of her and her name is Britney. I was sent there by my uncle and had no clue what I was looking for. She made me feel like I was bothering her especially when she asked me if I approached anyone else for help before coming up to her. We are also completely remodeling the home and we will not be making purchases at 412. Being it's 5 minutes away was nice, but I was shocked by the treatment I recieved. I did ask to see her manager and she informed replied, sure let ne get my father in law. I simply said nevermind and put the few things I had down and left the premises....

I do have to agree with a previous review that the woman at the counter can seem flustered or irritated at times, which gives off Vibes of not welcoming customers.
