I was going to give one star which I have never done before, All due to the absence of any employees that have any knowledge of where items are located. Trying to find an employee throughout the store is like trying to find a ghost, very rare if not impossible. If you do find an employee and ask them where an item is, the most common response every single time is that they do not know because they don't work in that department. They also never seem to know what area the item is in which seems odd because they immediately know it is not in their department that they work in. The bottom line is that they just don't want to take the effort to not only tell you but assist you in finding it. As I checked out there was a gaggle of employees in the front of the store standing around talking to one another and speaking loud enough that everyone checking out or entering the store could absolutely hear them primarily complaining about having to help customers find items, their paychecks that they evidently had just received, complaining about their hours being cut, complaining about management only promoting friends rather than merit or hard work, complaining about not being able to move up within the store unless you are part of a local gambling clique that is only for management and supervisors of that store. 2 female employees at the main cash and return desk were discussing out loud about their opinions of employees at that store and using their names where all customers could hear the unpleasantness being discussed. I don't know any employees at that location but there are a lot of local people in that small town who shop their daily that almost assuredly know people's names. It was a very bad experience and I will only go to that location in Holdenville Oklahoma 74848 if I absolutely have to do so. It is worth driving 30 mi one way to a larger store in Seminole Oklahoma than have to go through such a horrible atmosphere and disappointing customer service from employees that definitely...
Read moreOn each of the snow days this year Walmart Holdenville is one of the few business' that doesn't go out of the way for the disabled. The snow was built up with ice to make the transition from the car in the designated handicapped parking to the curb to get access to the store not accessable without high risk of injury. When it doesn't snow they leave the stocking carts empty so those that cannot use the option of walking around does not have access to blocked items or isles. No way are they ADA compliment or act like they even care to be. NOW THE LADIES IN PHARMACY ACTUALLY CAME TO THE VEHICLE IN THE HANDICAPPED PARKING OUTSIDE AND PICKED UP MY ID AND BANK CARD TO TAKE IT INSIDE TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS AS THOUGH I WAS AT THEIR WINDOW, AND THEN THEY DELIVERED IT BACK OUTSIDE TO MY VEHICLE SO I WOULD NOT GET INJURED.
Let's just say... You can learn something there Mr. Todd Sontang (manager) about emphatic treatment of disabled customer's who yet still...
Read moreThe store manager Russell is not only an amazing manager but an amazing person. Nancy, an associate, is also an amazing employee and person. They both went above and beyond to help me get Nutramigen (baby formula). With the formula shortages right now it’s so scary for parents and I had searched many Wal-Marts for it. These two took it upon themselves to help me get the formula for my baby. The whole story of what they did is just so special. It’s so good to know there are still good people in this crazy world. And this Thanksgiving I am thankful for these two and I pray they are blessed. Wal-Mart is lucky to have these two as...
