Dr. Saltz is an amazing doctor!! I am so happy with my results. I needed to get a re augmentation done and Dr. Saltz made me confident that I would get the results that I wanted. After months of researching I finally decided to set up an appointment. After doing research for months and meeting with several doctors I was more that sure that Dr. Saltz was the right doctor for me. My case was extremely difficult and he made sure that I knew I was in good hands and he would do everything he could to fix my breast augmentation. Its been 3 months since the surgery and I am so thankful for him and the work that he has done! I would recommend Dr. Saltz for any type of plastic surgery because he is very professional and cares about his patients. Aside from being an incredible doctor he has an incredible team. The nurses made me feel very comfortable and were always there to help out with anything I needed. I saw them several times before and after the surgery. I knew I was in good hands. I am extremely happy with my results and the staff. Post surgery I was given a complementary lymphatic massage by Yuliia Bacon. She is a wonderful lymphatic massage therapist and very knowledgable about what she does. She helped me with my healing process. I saw her once a week for 6 weeks. She made sure that I was healing properly. Every week I came back my breasts were less sore and I was healing faster. She gave me tips on what I needed to do post surgery ( creams to use, oils, massage techniques) She was very helpful and I would highly recommend her for lymphatic treatment post- surgery. I am so grateful for Dr. Saltz and the Saltz Plastic Surgery team!! I had implants that needed to be removed and a cyst in my breast that had to come out. Not only did they fully explain the procedure to me and what the expected outcome would be but they made it as least stressful as possible. During the procedure Dr. Saltz made sure that he could reshape my breasts using smaller implants than what I had removed and I’m so happy I trusted his expertise. He also advised me that a tummy tuck may be necessary and that he would perform that as well if I was OK with that. Again I am so happy that he was able to explain everything in a way I could understand and trust his expertise. I’ve never been happier with the way my body looks than right now!!! My surgery with Dr. Saltz has been devastating. While I accept the potential complications that can be associated with a surgery; I never considered the possibility of a “botched” surgery that could leave me disfigured and emotionally devastated for life.

My right breast is now noticeably smaller than the left, with another surgeon informing me I would need a 200 ml larger implant just to create symmetry. Both breasts are unnaturally pushed up so high that wearing a bra creates an empty space in the lower half of the cup. This has caused me constant physical discomfort and emotional distress.

I feel incredibly self-conscious every day. In sleeveless shirts, the larger breast pokes out of the armhole, and in tops with a neckline, one breast bulges while the smaller one is lost in the bra cup. To avoid attention, I’ve resorted to pinning together two bra pads to fill out the smaller side—it's humiliating and forces me to keep people at arm’s length for fear of a hug revealing my situation.
