Terrible warranty policy. I am being told that, because the chair was purchased for me as a gift, but I cannot honor the warranty. The original purchaser is the only one who can honor the warranty. Unfortunately, the relative that purchased this chair from you as a gift passed away.

Upon explaining this to Hayworth, they told me there’s nothing they can do when the chair broke after two years in the 12 year warranty.
