This store has a pathetic employee. I arrived at the store at 9:53. The store advertised it's closing at 10pm. The open sign was on. I could see the store clock, which reflected the correct time. However the attendant was no where in sight. I knocked on the door several times and finally an old woman appeared. She asked what I needed and I said the store should be open. She refused me service. I explained that I had taken photos of the store clock, the open sign, and the locked door and would show the owner. She replied she didn't care. This place has decent gas prices, nice staff, but can be hard to escape if you have to pay for anything at the register. Every time I've gone inside, it takes 10 minutes or more with only a couple of people ahead of me, usually related to food preparation. The one register person leaves the counter & non-deli customers to stand over the food process. It is not a big deal if you are not in a hurry, except I usually am. I'd like to offer some suggestion, but other than an extra staff member during peak traffic times & at meals, I do not know a good solution. I was forced to give a one star rating as it wouldnt let me give anything lower. I just had experience with an older lady with glasses and dark hair that was very rude to me regarding helping my 16 year old brother activate his bank card to get gas which litterally took 3 minutes. The lady would not give me her name and took forever before she would even give me anyones name to complain regarding this rude interaction then proceeded to have a state trooper that was in the store shopping come outside and tell...
