Normally have a pleasant experience here. However tonight I was charged twice for an item. It happens, no big deal..Im patient and understand. They corrected it, but no apologies for the inconvenience..I even said have a good night and got no response. After the return was completed it was just dead silence. It was awkward..I didnt even know he was done, I had to ask if he needed anything else from me. It seemed maybe he was irritated that I was over charged or maybe there was something else going on I wasnt aware of. I dont think it even registered with the staff that they were being rude. Im a store manager of a large retail business and would be embarrassed at the level of customer service I received. I think there needs to be some customer service retraining based on my experience here tonight. Edit: in reading other reviews it seems this is a recurring issue. I hope someone from your home office actually reads this and reacts. Ill drive a little further from now on to a business that I am actually acknowledged and receive any form of customer service. Read moreHad a disappointing experience tonight. The woman with the short grey hair and glasses was very rude. After without knowing that it wasnt an option to check out a gift card at self check out it notified the employees to come and help. This woman comes over and all she says is “you were not suppose to do that” with a rude tone. After I apologize she says nothing to me. After that rude encounter I definitely wasn’t going to say thank you after an easy fix with how she talked to me like I was a child. Telling me “now you can continue on with this” and pointed at the rest of my items that needed to be checked out. I’m not an employee how am I supposed to know these things.
