I used to live here in 2010 and 2011 when it was a ghost town... the houses here are HUUGE and the attic on some model homes are actually just a 3rd floor... the house i lived in was 101 sanandra lane. it used to be a good outdoor place with me and my old friends i use to have until they took down all of the woods due to construction.. this place is nearly 1,000 acres!.. golf carts drive all around there on a daily bases to this date this place is all constructed and the houses are in the 300 thousand range to the 1mil range..., really expensive place to live... the pool i have watched the entire process of the building as a kid... really cool design, life guards are there but waaa the Hot dogs there are like 5 bucks... but i mean, that's what you get when you live in a top dollar place... and lol, you live 5 miles from the nuclear powerplant, it blows up you guys are gonna go first haha, and also idk if its healthy or no but the Main power lines to Raleigh go right over it but eh land is cheap near stuff like that, another reason why they bought...
Read more12 Oaks is a sprawling scenic development in Holly Springs, NC. Homes of all sizes are here from condos to executive homes, most built with the charm of Charleston-style architecture. Prices currently are from the 360's to a million dollars. 12 Oaks has doubled in size in five years, with homes that are sold as soon as they hit the market. The neighborhoods are really charming, and the amenities are terrific. My son and daughter-in-law live within two blocks of the playground, tennis courts, the pool, the golf course and Pro Shop, and the Club. Ideal for young families as well as established retirees. A new elementary school was built next door to the development, & the Holly Springs Town Center is just around the corner, with everything you could need from entertainment to restaurants and a large Target store. 12 Oaks is near highways convenient to RTP, Cary, Apex, and Raleigh. Holly Springs is rapidly growing and home values are increasing exponentially, so get in as...

The residential construction and vacate, overgrown lots surrounding the course take away some of the ambiance. But, the course itself is immaculate and manicured. Will definitely (try to) play again...
