We were looking for an electric reclining Sofa & Loveseat with Console set, with Tilt headrests and in fabric rather than the more popular leather. Jay patiently worked with us to find the best brand, style & custom fabric at a competitive price. We went home to further consider color options. I did my own brand research & discovered that the industry standard seat padding will not last for many years when used by plus size persons such as myself. Jay called our chosen manufacturer & found that increasing the foam density was not an option. Jay then suggested Best Home Furnishings which offers a newer more durable, & cooler cushion build. They offered all the options we wanted AND their furniture is made in the USA, in Indiana. WIN / WIN!!

To top off our excellent experience with Hickory Grove, our furniture was completed & shipped 9 days early while we were on an extended out of state trip. No problem!! Jay readily agreed to keep our furniture in their warehouse and arranged a convenient delivery time after we returned. The delivery team sent were fast, careful, thorough, as well as extremely polite & patient as we operated ALL the functions on each reclining seat several times.

This guy is a complete scam artist We did his roof over at cost about 2 years ago and were happy to save him over $20,000 from competitors, after all said and done he still shorted me over $4000 Saying he wasn’t selling anything and was having a hard time so i said ok no problem we’ll get it on the next job which was supposed to be painting the whole outside of the building and doing stucco repairs which he cheated us out of the work as well Then called me to do 620 foot of framing with 4 streel entry doors and tape spackle and paint both sides of the wall plus an additional 120 foot of wall on the other side of the floor which is 21 foot high on everything to be done then to paint and polish the floors which was another 3000 square foot He asked me to do all of this for 45k i said ok ill help you with this and in return you will discount living room and bedroom furniture at 1/2 price as well in return I took $3000 for 10 hours of hard estimates and running around to 5 different Home Depots putting all the materials together for him and then he wanted to have everything done in two days (what)👀👀hysterical!! This guys beyond shady and sneaky even with his previous contractor he had many issues with I should have known better His integrity is horrible His furniture i brought home the screws became loose after a week and started falling apart and he sent a contractor over and the contractor claimed to be separated from the store and demanded $300 for repairs 👀👀another strike against him Highly do not recommend him or his shady buisness or cheap made and poorly put together furniture...

I normally do not leave any kind of survey even if asked, unless of course someone impresses me with their superb customer service, or the person is exceptional at what they do. Jay was all the above. We just happen to stop into the store as we were headed to Atlanta to buy a dinette set. Jay greeted us at the door and politely asked to help. We would later learn that Jay was a superb salesman. Anything we asked him regarding furniture he was able to exceed our expectations with is response. He is very knowledgeable of the items in his store. Materials, the manufacturing process......wow, his knowledge was impressive. Initially my wife did not see anything on the sales floor that she was interested in, so Jay politely gave us his card with his personal phone number on the back. He said that if we find what we are looking for and we would text him a picture of the item he could probably get his hands on the item and he would also beat the competitors price. Funny thing happened; my wife was on her way out of the store when she noticed a dinette that she had missed and one she really liked. Bingo! We had come in during the stores 4th of July sale, so Jay discounted the dinette, arranged for delivery and assured us that the dinette would arrive before our party on Saturday. We were delighted when the dinette was delivered as promised. Look, if you are looking for furniture, give Jay a call. You will not be disappointed...
