I recently had my wedding at this venue in which I booked a year+ ago. I feel that it was very pricey. Paid over $12,500 for less then 100 ppl and not having the highest package available, and I paid for my Venors to eat as well because the owner insisted to cover them even though I was over budget(videographer, photographer and DJ). I created a seating chart that had at the time 104 ppl (it was made a month before wedding) however a couple days prior to the wedding the venue asked whatâs my final count. I told her 90 adults 5 Kids. Because pole told me last min they wouldnât be able to come. I didnât want to redo a new seating chart. Well not only was there not enough tables for 95 ppl set up. But she came to me while I was doing my outfit change and told me that I need to pay for 12 more adults because I never counted the bridal party table....đ¤Żđ¤Ż (which I did, they were the first on list outside of me and my husband) this was a big deal because that would have cost me an additional $1300!!! đą it got to the point we were going back and forth on whatâs suppose to be the best day of my life, so my maid of Honor stepped in so I wouldnât get more upset and said âIâll go with you and hand count everyone at the reception. When it was all said and done, she counted an extra 3 or 4 ppl! ( which 1 of which she counted just came to drop off a gift and did not eat) not only did I never get an apology for her mistake, but the vendors I paid for DID NOT EAT OR GET SERVEDâźď¸ I reached out to the coordinator right after to advise her that my vendors did not eat and itâs been 4 days no response.    Read moreI celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday three weeks ago. I have no complaints about the food, it was excellent, the waiters were friendly. Gabriela helped us a lot. But I did have a lot of inconvenience with the cake that was not what we ordered and when I asked what happened I received a very rude and unprofessional response for a place like this. The same thing happened to me with the decoration. They told me that I was allowed to decorate with whoever I wanted, I did not choose the one that Manuela recommended and I believed thatâs this was a reason she got upset. I hired a different company for the decoration, and the treatment that Manuela gave us was horrible. It started by her not letting us enter the salon at the time she told me we were allowed. Making us wait more than an hour and a half with all the decorations and the delivery truck and when I called her multiple times she would not answer the phone. When we finally saw one of the people that worked at the venue he was kind enough to open the door for us. When he called her, Manuela answered right away. A number of unacceptable situations and behaviors that made my morning unpleasant and terrible for me and the people who were in charge of decorations. Then, after the party at 1:00 a.m. I was told that I should take out all the decorations because they had a huge party the next day and the person decorating got there at 7:00 a.m. This got me annoyed because I was not allowed to enter until 10:00 a.m. I see this as unfair and when I asked why they were allowed to enter 3 hours earlier the response was because they have a huge party the next day and the person who was going to decorate was the person that always decorates there. I just wanted to follow up on our event from April 30th. I want to start by saying that i was originally very excited to do my girls quince at this beautiful and spacious hall. Everything had been going well until the day of the event.
The owner Ravit told me that she would be there to make sure everything ran smoothly and she wasn't there. She didn't even had the courtesy of letting me know they were leaving another person in charge. I got there 20 mins before cocktail hour and the red carpet (which is so dirty) was rolled up in the entrance, the cocktail tables were not ready with the candles or vases. The main hall , was so hot that my vendors where complaining, how are we suppose to have a party of 100 people in a hot environment! She end up sending a maintenance guy right when the event had started. Why was this not taken care of before,?! The lights on the wall were not blue like i requested and the cakes were not on top of the stands, nor the candles on table. The security wasn't taking temperature like I asked . My MC had to do alot of stuff that was the staffs responsibility to do. My perception is that all they cared about was the money. After this experience I would not recommend them to anyone.
