Port Everglades Palm Garage — Local services in Hollywood

Better than expected experience with this Cruise port and garage. I decided to use the Palm Garage (vs offsite parking via shuttles) for our October 2024 cruise on Celebrity. I'm happy we made that decision. Our scheduled arrival was on a Friday (early afternoon) with little to no traffic issues until we reached Eller Dr. There was a bit of a delay (maybe 15 min) getting through the security area (prior to reaching the garage). Once past the security stop area, it was easy access to the Garage with plenty of parking. We were on the ship in less than 20 mins after parking. On our return, it was even better. We were off the ship, into our car and on the road in less than 20 mins. I was concerned using the offsite parking since you have to wait for the shuttles to pick you up (can be quick or lengthy depending on crowds). This parking garage worked out perfectly for us. Sailing on Celebrity, we parked first and rolled our luggage to the ship. Maybe a 8 minute walk at the most. We found a spot on the second level. The return trip was just as easy. We chose self departure @ 7:25am. Celebrity actually started letting people off around 7:12. We rolled off the ship and was on the road before 8am. Price was $15 per day. We started on Dec 10th, and returned on Dec 22nd. Total price was $180. I know there are cheaper spots further away. Nov 30 getting off the Equinox. This was the WORST parking experience! We paid for parking inside garage with receipt in hand. They refused to open the exit gate for us although we had our paid receipt in hand. They kept wanting us to pay again. I finally had to get out of the car and start walking to find the boss before they FINALLY opened the gate Do not recommend these people working in this garage. In my opinion this Seemed real...
