Winn-Dixie — Local services in Hollywood

IT'S ALREADY SAD THAT 95 WINN-DIXIES HAD TO BE CLOSED , WHAT IS VERY BOTHERSOME IS THAT ... I WENT TO WINN- DIXIE AT THIS LOCATION, WHICH BY FAR THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS ... MY BOYFRIEND AND I WENT SATURDAY RIGHT AFTER WORK IN WHICH I HAD A LONG DAY AT WORK ... AS I WAS CHECKING OUT FOR DETERGENT AND FEW OTHER ITEMS I GOT APPROACHED BY THIS VERY RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL LADY NAMED NISHA WHICH TOLD ME THERE WAS A LIMIT ON DETERGENT , BOY WAS SHE RUDE . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS , SHE WAS A BEAST .... SHE WAS EMBARRSING ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE , CURSED AT ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE EMPLOYEES , CUSTOMERS SHE NEEDS TO BE REASSIGNED . I WILL BE REACHING OUT THE STORE MANAGER AND CORPORATE WE DON'T NEED PEOPLE UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE HER ... I WORKED AT WINN-DIXIE FROM WHAT I'VE LEARNED IS CUSTOMERS ARE #1 AND ARE ALREADY RIGHT EVEN WRONG ... WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO BUSINESS NISHA I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON YOU ... THE GREAT THING IS YOU WERE ON CAMERA .... THAT'S ALL THE PROOF I NEED TO HAVE WINN- DIXIE FIRE YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL, SELF..... P.S...

While there was a mini hiccup with checking out & the items couldn't be voided at the moment to save time for the next person. There was no line but one other person came up. Robin who was available in customer service was asked if she's available to please check out the other person just so they're not waiting. She had an attitude and made a face to Pam the cashier expressing her annoyance as did Pam while the process was underway. When there are situations like this when a checkout isn't going as fast as we'd like, here's where the customer service part comes in as an associate, you're taught to be patient, kind, understanding, etc. They did not display any of those or any nice characteristic traits at all while working in customer service. Despite my thank yous, sincere apologies, and have a lovely day I was left feeling they continued their negative comments & facial expressions which isn't a feeling a customer should have. Not the nicest ladies if you ask me.

This is a relaxed Winn Dixie with helpful & sweet...

Went in to the customer service to cash my check, waited in line the two ladies in front of me we're taking care of. When it came down to my turn she goes to the customer behind me never greeting me nor letting me know that the customer was there first I never saw her until she ignored me and greeted her. I then asked very nicely hi do you think anyone could help again not knowing that the customer was there first employee then says rudely oh she was here first. I said ok ma'ma then speaking out loud I said im in a hurry jokingly saying this 30 min lunch breaks goes by fast!!! RUDE employee then says Okkkkkk I still have an order to go by what do you want me to do and looked at me and rolled her eyes im a grown women excuse me I was never rude to u wow never again. Then said I made it all up really!!!! I just go to Winn Dixie's picking on...
