Not many choices for internet and H&B service sometimes drops to 0kbs when downloading large files. I feel like they limit large file downloads to a max of 700kbs as I have video to support this claim but can't post it on here. Since I can't reply to the owners post I'll add to my existing one. The account is under my father's name and I have called but since my name is not on the account I get nowhere. Absolutely horrible service ! Every single representative I've spoken with has been more than rude and none of my issues were ever solved ! Was even hung up on numerous times. Do NOT recommend this service...
