The experience of falling from the sky I can honestly say I will give it more than five stars it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience looking at nature from up above. It’s not something you do every day.skydiving was the most beautiful thing My husband can ever do. There was enough parking and it was easy to find on Google map it is surrounded by farmland but don’t worry you will be OK..

The only thing I didn’t like is This.... So the day I booked my husband appointment I was speaking to a young lady over the phone and I did notice on their website they give you two different pricing, one with credit cards pricing and one with cash pricing. It’s cheaper when you pay in cash and you also have to leave a deposit . I wrote everything down and I made sure that the young lady break it down and explained everything to me. One of the things she told me is when I get there you can tell the gentleman what you want video or pictures. And also she never asked me if I was going to pay cash or card again she’s just simply said it’s cheaper when you pay cash

So the date of the jump I go to the desk and I give the gentleman my husbands information , as the gentleman is putting it in the computer he gives me a price I said OK is that the price with the credit card or cash? he tells ”what are you paying with card or cash”and I asked him again is that price with a credit card or Cash? He quickly assume I was paying with a credit card. I told him I’m paying cash. right when I said that he turns to a computer and tells me oh I’m sorry that is The price of paying with cash they wrote it down in our system. I told him “what did they write down” he replies “the person that took your deposit said you were going to pay cash” after going back -and-forth for almost 10 minutes trying to explain to him that I never told her I was going to pay cash I decided to just pay because I didn’t want to ruin my husband‘s birthday gift..

Other than that I could honestly say that the instructors were super amazing super fun super cool they explained everything, how the jump is going to be they make you feel comfortable they make it fun for you. Five stars to the...

As a fun jumper I have to say that I love this dropzone because of its proximity to Miami. The management, on the other hand, is appalling.

John (the dropzone manager) has more attitude than anyone I’ve ever met. He makes up new rules on the spot, will be openly rude to pretty much anyone depending on his mood of the day, and if you question his choices he gives a passive-aggressive snarky comment in return. His moods undoubtedly costs the owner money... not only by compromising the efficiency of the fun jumpers, but he makes tandems uncomfortable by applying this same negative attitude to their experience. I've heard several tandems request NOT to be with John after speaking with friends who went with him, or customers coming up to me saying "did I do something wrong? John made me feel like I was in trouble".

Joana (manifest girl) is horrible at her job. A very nice lady but this position is too much for her. Like John, she is rude to customers, delays loads for no reason, and gets overwhelmed when more than 1 person is standing at her desk. She is unable to make decisions in a timely manner which is super frustrating when there is a plane running behind her. Completely unable to think on her feet and costs the company money by waiting too long on approvals for decisions that shouldn't need it (e.g. whether fun jumpers should be on load x or load y).

The rest of the people at skydive Miami are awesome. The other tandem instructors, packers, and photographers are all incredibly kind, funny and high energy, exactly who you’d want around a business that is all about positive experiences!

If you want a tandem, as long as you have one of the other instructors other than John, you’ll have a very positive and safe experience (assuming Joana doesn’t make you wait...

An experience that changed my life! My skydiving jump with Skydive Miami was simply epic. From the moment I arrived, the Skydive Miami team made me feel at home with their kindness and professionalism.

The preparation process was very smooth and organized. I felt completely safe thanks to the attention and detailed explanation I received from the instructors. Every step was meticulously guided, giving me a sense of absolute confidence before jumping out of the plane.

The skydivers at Skydive Miami are true professionals in their field Special ROBERT @rov_rovi , YOSVEL @yo.sancheza83 and JOAQUIN Their experience and passion for skydiving were reflected in every interaction, which gave me great peace of mind as I prepared for the jump. Additionally, the safety equipment was impeccably maintained and checked, making me even more comfortable.

The moment of freefall was simply indescribable. The feeling of freedom and excitement as I fell through the sky is something I will never forget. The view from above was spectacular, and adrenaline was pumping through my veins as I enjoyed every second of the experience.

The landing was smooth and controlled, and upon touching solid ground, I was overcome with a sense of euphoria and gratitude. It was truly an unforgettable moment that I will always treasure.

I would highly recommend Skydive Miami to anyone looking for a safe and thrilling skydiving experience. From the professional team to the unparalleled thrill of freefall, Skydive Miami has it all! I can't wait to come back and do it all over again. Thank you, Skydive Miami, for making this dream a reality!
