This is by far our favorite store in Florida!!! The staff are friendly and treat their customers like family and make the experience in this fun nautical store one to remember so that you keep coming back time and time again. My parents were even visiting us from Missouri (we live in Florida) and they could not fit something they bought at this store in their luggage for the plane so the owner of this store offered to mail my parents' purchase and did not even charge them! You cannot get better customer service than that! Dylan has become one of my 9 year old son's favorite people to go see on the weekends when we go to this store almost every Saturday to go get a new shell, hand carved wood figurine, stuffy, glass pieces, garden accessories or other nautical pieces. Spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this store and the one that used to be in Crystal River. I told the owner I wanted to get quite a bit of stuff and I have spoken to him before and then he left and left another person there as I was looking for certain things. I looked all over for him and then her came out of the bathroom and I said good morning to him and he totally ignored me. Then I said do you speak? He still didn’t answer me. I am a long time customer of this place. We never miss a chance to stop in while travelling. Tomorrow we are driving 4 hours each way just to go shop here. Simply AMAZING selection, super fair prices and the guys are nice.
