New Peoples Bank — Local services in Honaker

Been a customer for 15 or 20 years, until now.

Tried to use my card several times and was declined so called bank. Apparently they cancelled my card without telling me. I am 1000 miles from home and have $20 in cash. Thousands of dollars in multiple accounts at the bank.

My "crime" was ordering $40 of tshirts online. New People's thought that was fraud and cancelled my card without telling me.

I was hung up on by my bank branch when I alerted them to the issue. Contacted corporate who pawned me off on somebody else in Bristol who refused to help me..

Tonight, I am going to be forced to drive 1000 miles from Dallas Texas simply to get an atm card that works. I will then have to turn around and drive 1000 miles back.

I assure you before I leave East Tennessee again though that my accounts will be drained to pennies.
