Place is great ! Spa is amazing . The people in the spa and parking very nice. But my experience with restaurant horrible. I was late to breakfast. So the hostess/manager said lunch available at 1130. Never mentioned reservations. So after my beautiful relaxing massage my friend and.i arrived and was turned away because we didn't have reservations. And.they said.it.with a chuckle.. as if.i was a joke. My poor friend felt.it was because she African American... so after our massage we were so hungry.. all we were offered was trail.mix and a piece of fruit.and water.... such a damper on a wonderful experience at the spa. We did the Spa Day pass + Lunch. Unfortunately it rained for most of our stay, so we could not take full advantage of the outdoor amenities that come with your pass, but we were able to do enough - including Disc Golf.

The dressing rooms amenities are excellent and so are the hot sauna and cold room. Gym was nice too. Just so nice to be able to swim around, we stayed 9 hours. So well worth it if you spend the whole day there and Valet is included...

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being on the phone!! You get transferred to the “spa concierge”, but they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I had 3 people call during normal busines hours and no one picked up. Worse, I left a message a day ago that has not been returned. HORRIBLE “customer service”! Stay away...
