The father and son who run the shop are courteous and knowledgeable. They have an awesome inventory of work and hunting boots. They once gave me two free pair of boots when the Redwings I bought failed prematurely, They keep a 3x5 card with my purchases and fitment info on file which streamlines my next work boot purchase.
