I got married in February 2020, at the beginning of my wedding planning process I was nervous about how I was going to accomplish and put it all together myself all the way from Seattle! The hotel we got married our suggested Jill for floral and mentioned she did wedding planning as well. Once I reached out to her and her team I just knew it was the perfect fit. Jill answered all my questions she was always available to me no matter the time, and she worked with my budget and gave me honest opinions when I asked. We had meetings maybe once a month to touch base since it was a year away but leading up to the last 3 months we were in constant communication. My wedding was on a Tuesday, we decided to fly out on Sunday morning and my flight gets cancelled!! I texted Jill right away which would've been 1AM HST and she got back to me right away. Once we figured my flight situation she met me at the airport to transport my dress to the Seamstress making sure they would still take it for my big day (because the next day was a holiday) and then the day after (Tuesday) that was my big day. I had a pretty big bridal party and she met with all of us for our rehearsal on Monday making sure we were all prepared and she organized our lunch for that day as well. I actually even asked her to book some last minute babysitters (the day before my wedding) and she pulled through btw they were AMAZING with the kiddos!! The day of my wedding Jill handled everything so I wouldn't have to worry about anything besides myself which is really hard given this was a destination wedding. We had a rough morning it rained 4 times while I was getting ready and I had to make a decision about keeping our wedding outside within an HR. Jill helped assure me everything was going to be fine and brought her own umbrellas which were cute just in case! She brought my florals which Easley design also did for us and they were so beautiful all of the florals we had from our bouquets, florals crowns, boutonnières, my arch florals my tables and so much more! I can't sing Jill + teams praises enough. I am extremely thankful for making what would normally be a stressful day, one of the most amazing days of our lives. We will cherish it...

Everyone needs a Jill on their team if you want a host a successful wedding/event! We hired Jill on 2/16/22 on her full coordination package and we work together for a year until our wedding day on 2/18/23. She is very competitively priced for the responsibilities she will be doing for us. We also hired Jill to take care of all of the floral on the big day. We hosted our wedding at the Ko'olau Ballroom with about 122 guests that were mainly all from out of state.

My wife could tell that Jill was experienced when she sent her photos and details of what she envisioned that the wedding was going to be like after our first initial conversation. She was on point and guided us throughout the process. She had great suggestions and advised on details on the wedding. We wanted to make the wedding a great time since we want to make it an unforgettable experience for us, our family, and all of our guests since they are all coming out of their way to travel to Hawaii to attend. Jill gave us wonderful referrals to our photographer, videographer, EMCEE, DJ, and many vendors. We hired the All-Star Cast and they delivered! All of our guests and family reached out to us and told us how much fun they had. The wedding went so smoothly besides one small hiccup on a vendor, but Jill got the situation handled!

We can't thank Jill enough for creating this beautiful memory for us and our family. You know how most couples are so glad that they are done with the wedding after it ends? I had so much fun at the wedding; I wouldn't mind running it back! Christine had her dream wedding and we both couldn't image it...

First, I feel really bad writing a negative review because Jill is very nice and I know she lost her assistant recently and that explained some of the issues. We booked Easley Designs for our wedding. I had high hopes and initially thought they were great. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to communicate with (ignored calls and emails) after they received our deposit. It took them months to sign the contract, and at one point they asked us to pay the remaining balance before they had signed the contract, because they were up against the line and needed to order flowers. The flowers for our wedding were beautiful, but were not what we discussed and agreed on in our contract (which had photos). Also, they put multiple signs with bible quotes along the ceremony without our knowledge - we are not at all religious and multiple people told us they were shocked to see...
