Dollar General — Local services in Hopewell Township

This is by far the worst DG location I have ever been to. You couldn’t find lazier, more unhelpful employees than here.

I literally asked for help looking for one item, and the girl behind the counter just vaguely pointed without even bothering to let me know where she was pointing to. Then when I was ready to purchase, the same girl made me feel like I was interrupting her doing nothing.

If you like horrible, non-existent customer service than I highly recommend this location. Otherwise save your time for...

This place is a joke. None of the employees there are good except for this one girl who I haven’t seen in a while. Employees are never around when you need them. They give you attitude. Prices at the register do not match what is on the shelf. And the employees act inconvenienced when you ask them for a refund. And gives some random excuse as to why the prices aren’t correct. The employees threaten each other and fight. Are constantly outside smoking. It’s always cluttered with product laying around...

I arrived at 9:35 pm, store was closed. No signs on the door making note of an early close, all lights on, register lights on, 1 employee vehicle in the parking lot. Tried to call the store and knocked on the glass doors. Other customers pulled in waiting to go in too.

I got home, called corporate office, filed a report and District Manager will be contacting the employees at this store.

Save yourself the trip, just go to Walmart or elsewhere. At least they honor...
