Verizon — Local services in Hopewell Township

I can’t say enough how much Zachary helped me out switching my business account over from AT&T. He was 100% on point with all the Verizon products and services for my business. I ended up saving $20/month/line including a brand new IPhone 14 compared to what AT&T was charging me for using my own device. I was literally on the phone with AT&T for 6 hours trying to fix their reps mess ups and Zachary fixed me up in under 1 with a whole new account. He also gave me a roadmap of what I need to do in the future. I’m gonna be a returning customer! I highly suggest checking him out. The store manager, Robbie, was very helpful in getting me a replacement for my damaged phone. A few customers came in after me and were a bit flustered that they would have to wait their turn, which Robbie informed would be about 20 minutes.

Perhaps they were flustered due to expecting fast food drive through service time. However, in a world of online/phone call customer service that can take upwards of several hours, having to wait 20-30 minutes in order to talk face-to-face with a courteous and knowledgeable professional is well worth the wait.

I have 5 lines of service, including my 84 year old grandmothers line that I pay for. She needed a new phone charger so she went down to the store to purchase a new one . My grandma does not have access to my account nor the ability to make any changes so this should have been an easy transaction. I wake up this morning to emails and text messages from Verizon stating all the account changes that have been made. I call my grandmother and she states she made no changes even though the sales rep tried to push her into a upgrade. So to recap , they fraudulently changed my account and now I get to spend the rest of the day...
