For the last two evenings the registers have not been working. Last night management marched out the door rather than assisting the employees . Tonight when the registers failed, the staff ended up troubleshooting on their own. They took a while, but never lost their composure. Wouldn't it be wonderful if Dollar General could provide employees and customers with functioning technology? During the extended wait the number of customers who left without the items they were planning to purchase was remarkable. Maybe customer satisfaction isn't a priority for this company.
