Forbidden Acres Haunted Outdoor Trail offers a thrilling and immersive experience, perfect for those looking for a good scare. One of the standout features is the variety of pathways available, allowing visitors to choose their own eerie adventure. It’s easy to see why this attraction is so popular in El Paso. The trail lasts between 10 to 20 minutes, depending on your pace, and I felt it was well worth the cost.

We visited on a Saturday night around 9:30 PM, and although there was a line, it wasn’t too long. We only waited about 15-20 minutes, and the line moved quickly. The staff kept us entertained with scarers interacting with the crowd, which added to the overall experience.

That said, I have a few suggestions for improvement. While an ATM is available, it would be helpful to clearly advertise this online. Additionally, offering alternative payment options like credit or debit cards would provide more convenience.

The parking situation could also be improved. Currently, guests park along the street, which is confusing and potentially unsafe due to the high-speed traffic. Clearer signage indicating parking areas, as well as a notice that the road leads to a dead end, would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Despite these issues, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the maze and would recommend...

BEWARE!!!! You will get wet and they will not let you know ahead of time. They are also very vulgar people and will cuss you out. I brought it up to their attention on their instagram, because they made a post about the customers respecting them and their family/staff. I replied back saying that if they want respect, they need to show it first. Then, I started receiving comments from their staff and family members attacking my daughter and I, saying that my daughter couldn't handle it and that she shouldn't go. You can verify by going on their instagram page and hear my daughter's experience and read all the comments that where exchanged between all of us. I told them that if they are going to wet people, and be vulgar to them, then they should post it as you go in and let us choose if we want to pay to experience that! All my daughter wanted was a good scare, she came out of it annoyed, cold, wet and cussed at! The sad part is they had their vulgar staff get on instagram to attack me, instead of them holding their staff accountable. A follower asked them if it was true that they did that to my daughter so that she can decide if she wants to go, or know ahead of time what to expect. They haven't even answered her! First Haunted House that I ever heard of where instead of getting scared, you...

Had a GREAT time tonight!!! The trail, lighting and overall decorations were all designed to increase the scares and screams!! My husband and son went through and came out smiling after a scares 😱 😄 strongly recommended!!

Now, I went through with our 11 yo daughter. She initially said no but changed her mind and wanted the experience. The staff was kind and supportive. Fortunately, we went early on Thursday so they were not very busy. That was great for us because when the actors noticed her freaked out they backed off and let her have the experience without totally freaking out in fear (I definitely did not expect that much attention to detail from the actors!) So she had a great time and no doubt had a full experience to include the screams! My Thanks to the staff and actors!!!! We really lucked out since we went during a slower time, at opening 😊! We will be...

A great time!; you can tell the people really take pride in what they are doing. The costumes were awesome and the "scare trail" flowed very smoothly. Additionally, there were a bunch of "actors" ready to provide some good non-annoying jump scares. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to a fun local haunted house to try it. Plus they help support local businesses and allowed Horses Unlimited rescue and education center set a booth out front so thats always awesome to see 10/10
