I would like to share my experience while visiting the Spanish Main Unit 63 in Cocoa Beach. Upon our arrival we noticed that the walls, light switches and bathroom needed cleaning and that there was sand residue on the floor. We contacted the manager and she sent a cleaning crew right away. They cleaned the shower, however, it was still not up to par. I had to purchase a shower mat to feel comfortable stepping into a shower that appeared to have mold. The refrigerator also had dirt and mold on the levers for the water and ice and the inside had to be wiped down. My sister and I spent the entire first day cleaning the rest of the unit. We washed towels and the pillow covers as many had stains on them. We cleaned dust and swept floors. We also found spoiled food in the microwave. The on-site manager was very responsive and even came over to assist with getting the TVs to work. Without assistance it would be difficult to use those TVs as they still use cable boxes so the viewing experience was compromised. We were also alarmed that they're only two TVs in a three-bedroom unit. We traveled with my elderly Father, and it was difficult getting him up and down stairs as the elevator only worked for two or three days during our entire stay. You can imagine bringing groceries in and assisting a 96-year-old gentleman upstairs. Also, upon leaving all the luggage had to be carried down by hand. Our entire group consists of seniors, and this was not a pleasant experience. We did enjoy the View, but we noticed that there was stains on the cushions of the balcony furniture. We tried to clean them but instead we sat on the furniture with beach towels draped across them. I think with a few necessary upgrades, care and concern for the people that rent here unit 63 at Spanish main could be a great destination.

(Please note- this owner has this canned response to the large amount of his bad reviews. Guess he gets lots of similar ones. Feel free to view all my other reviews, I am never unkind to staff and rarely even need to contact anyone during a rental, this one was awful never got an apology for them not cleaning between guests, either ) Dirty in arrival. Never got an apology or explanation. No response from property management after multiple messages left. Bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself. Property manager entered without notifying me or contacting me about my messages On second day to leave a pot she claimed I requested. I did not. I would have put my electronics away if I knew someone was coming in. Property not in good shape. Aside from not cleaned, roach problem in kitchen, moldy tub, peeling paint both bathroom cabinets, . Hallway light out. Door to balcony doesn’t lock. Ripped coffee table. Only one fully functioning burner on stove. I was in town for races so had to make it work but owner tried to make me leave when I requested a refund for cleaning fee which I thought was more than reasonable. He said if I leave immediately he will refund days I don’t stay. That would only inconvenience me more considering I spent my time and money cleaning and had a tight race schedule to keep. Windsor Hills is nice but not this unit/owner/property management company he owns. Also owner was rude. Said I was difficult for telling them not to come as go while I was there. I advised him to fix all the things after I left. I did cut my trip short because of this unit. Yuck.

I am complaining about my use of this condomanium, unit 205, Windsor Hills, Bldg 2813. First of all, I checked into the unit on January 19, 2020 about and around 4pm and walked into the biggest shock of my life when I went into the bath room first and then the master bed room. We both was totally in disblief that we had rented this unit for over (50) days and it was down right filthy dirty including the towels on display in the bathrooms and including the spare towels in the linen closet. We immediately called the management office for a representative of Vacation Florida to come and assist us in obtaining new towels for the batroom, and give us instructions on how to operate the TV and to show her the horrible condition, uncleaned bathroom, and especially the discolored flooring and blacken areas around the edges of the bathroom flooring. we had already purchased new towels for our use but the Vacation Central representative went over and purchased new towels for the entire unit, along with a new floor mat and a clothes basket for the wash room. I was unable to show her how much time I had put into clenaing the bathroom flooring and walls. However, we didn't show her the sheets on the master bed because they were also unusable. So we went over to the local Walmart and purchased sheets for the king size bed for a whopping $47.57. We also showed her the dirty carpet in the bedroom areas but it was primarily the master bedroom that was spotted with dirty marks. The entire rugs in all three bed room were cleaned within a week. we also experienced several bad days with the WIFI system andat one point, it was completely out of service for (3) days and it was finally fixed when I was advised to disconnect it for about (15) minutes. Trying to get the WIFI to work and seeing that old ancient router was also a continous problem. This WIFI system was installed in the bedroom around a huge glb of unmarked cables and it provided the weakest wifi system that I have ever ever used in my entire life. I never got more than (2) bars on the signal strength during our entire stay in the 205 unit. We also purchased eating and cooking wares because it was not available. We purchased spoons and two pots to use to cook with. On the 24th of January, I was fed up and sent an email to the President of Vacation Central Florida but he never replied. Later on, I decided to send his assistance an email as asked her to stop in so we could chat about rental units in the area and she never replied. I was ripped-off for what I had to pay to use this unit and the fustrations we endured along with the lack of support from the Vacation Cental Florida Management Stall. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this unit #205 a very low (2) and I would not recommend anyone renting this space until it is completely reabilitated and overhalued with new fixtures in the bathroom, bedroom and livingroom furnishings and linen, as well as a new property Managment Property Manager. Please change to WIFI supporters. Our visit was a complete disgrace and nightmare and full of fustrations. I plan to contact the owner in Canada and vent my disappointments and sheer heart aches over to them. Thank you for the oportunity and I am available to discuss this more if it becomes necessary to do so. As I bring this to a closing, I would like for you to accept my apologies and I want you to know I am a proud American and that I am a Vietnam proud disabled veteran with over 25 years of active military service and it is with my sincere regrets that I have had to put these issues in writing after spending a disappointing...

Rented a 6BR house in Windsor Hills community in Kissimmee from 04/21/25 to 04/27/25. The property located at 2638 Daulby Street was described on the Vacation Central Florida (VCF) website as an "unforgettable 5-star getaway experience." My experience and that of my guests was 1-star at best. The website also references “Enhanced Cleaning Practices, Clean with Disinfectant, and High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant.” In addition, the website has photos and favorable reviews that did not reflect the actual condition of the property. Upon entering the property on 04/21/25, we noticed kitchen appliances were in disrepair, toilet lid in an upstairs bath was stained and unsightly, game room furniture and hockey table were broken and unsafe. A section of the screened porch was open, allowing for a squirrel to visit each day inside the porch area. These items were reported to VCF within the first 30 minutes of arrival. Also, there were only 10 towels for 14 guests to use. When turning down the beds at bedtime the first night of our stay, we noticed crumbs and clothing in the bedding, as well as stains on some of the sheets. Snack crumbs were noticed behind beds and previous guests’ socks were under one of the beds. Hairs were on shower curtains and on nightstand tables. All these issues were reported to VCF shortly after arrival. After a few days, HVAC had water leaking upstairs that saturated the carpet and leaked through to kitchen ceiling. As more items were discovered and reported like this, VCF offered that we could find another place to stay. Due to my large group (14 people) with an itinerary booked (and paid) for an entire week, it was not possible to find another 6BR house in Windsor Hills or surrounding area on short notice. This was a disingenuous and convenient way for VCF to dismiss the situation. I requested a refund on the first day and was ignored until I proposed 50% refund 2 days before departure. VCF offered less than that amount and required me to sign a release to receive payment. I opted out and decided that travel reviews and other actions would be more beneficial to consumers. As the week ended VCF was very dismissive and rude about the entire ordeal. Subsequently, I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), who conducted an inspection of the property AFTER VCF was notified of the complaint and given time to correct issues. Avoid renting through this agency since they have a pattern of turning negative situations around on the consumer and then claiming they are the ones...
