Ponderosa Sports — Local services in Horseshoe Bend

I have been a very satisfied shopper at Ponderosa Sports for many years. It is obvious to me that the shoppers who complained about the owner being rude received just what they deserved by being rude and demanding to her first. What you didn't know is this building is her private home, There is a large sign on the door which says there are no public bathrooms. This ruling was handed down by the State of Idaho in view of the close proximity to the river. Only limited use was granted to a private home. The complaint that it took over an hour to drive there is just a whiney person who places blame on others for his own decisions. So far as the person who tried to use their private bathroom, would you be offended if a stranger walked into your home and into your bathroom? Ponderosa Sports is not a restaurant and does not have a soda fountain (another whiner) although cans of cold soda and cold water are readily available.. I look forward to stopping there any time I am traveling on highway 55 and they are open...

I have run a security training academy for 31 years and I found the owner, Carey was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Another customer came in while we were there, and she helped them also. Her selection of Quilts, Guns, Ammunition and other merchandise was great. I would recommend this store to anyone...

Owner is just a flat out amazing person and I cant thank her enough for how wonderful and kind she was to me today, the prices are amazing and the gun selection is more unique than any shop in Idaho! The only place I buy from! If you buy from anywhere else you have made a mistake! Double this...
